How to Change Pal Genders in Palworld

To change Pal genders in Palworld, players will first need to unlock the facility item known as the Pal Surgery Table. This item can be unlocked from the Technology Menu at level 36 and above with a purchase cost of 3 Technology Points. After unlocking this recipe from the Technology Menu, players can then place and build the facility at their base as long as they have the required resources on hand.

Where to Find the Pal Reverser in Palworld

After setting up the Pal Surgery Table, players will then need to acquire a Pal Reverser, as this is the item that enables you to swap a Pal's gender at the Surgery Table. Players can acquire Pal Reversers from the Bounty Officers located at various locations, including the Small Settlement, Fisherman's Point, the Arena Merchant, and Dune Shelter.

If choosing to buy the Pal Reverser from Bounty Merchants, players will need to spend seven Bounty Tokens per purchase. Alternatively, if they are picking up this item from the Arena, players will need to have at least 35 Tickets in order to complete the purchase.

Alternatively, players can also sometimes discover Pal Reversers from treasure chests located around the various islands.
