9 Azurobe

Great At Spamming Attacks

Azurobe is a great low budget pick for facing Bellanoir and Bellanoir Libero. This pal shoots fast, and as the Dragon attribute and many powerful Dragon-type skills. Leaving several of these in base while fighting the Raid Pal will provide support fire as the player's main Pal tanks Bellanoir's attacks.

The best strategy is to have this one and several Azurobe aiming at Bellanoir while the players inflict damage with heavy weapons at a constant rate. No more than 3 or 4, since the ideal Base Team composition should rely on some heavy hitters and Tanks besides support fire Pals.

8 Orserk

Be it base attackers or Partner Pal, these guys will cause tremendous damage before Bellanoir can take them down. Plus, they are considerably tanky and can resist a lot of damage before they need to be replaced. Consider carrying a couple of these as reservists, while also leaving two or three attacking from Base.

6 Jetragon

Good Mobility, Pal Skill, And Damage

Jetragon is the fastest mount in the game, with incredible speed and maneuverability, its Mount Skill Aerial Missile also allows to shoot a barrage of missiles to the enemy, which can be a great way to deal Dragon type damage to Bellanoir. Plus, players can also shoot using Rocket Launcher and Assault Rifle without too much trouble.

Consider as well that Jetragon could also offer support from base, though without access to its Mount Skill it won't be as effective as part of the active Raid team. Jetragon should also have Dragon Meteor and Beam Comet as active skills.

5 Quivern Botan

A Reliable Tank To Support From Base

Quivern Botan is the Grass Type variant from the Quivern family and it boasts more defense and HP than its regular version. Having it maxed out with defensive capabilities serves the purpose of diverting Bellanoir attention towards this humongous Pal that will often fight at melee range while other Pals attack.

Its access to Comet Beam, a powerful Dragon Type Attack as well as Grass Tornado, one of the most useful Grass Type skills that pushes back enemy pals make it an excellent kiter, that will keep Bellanoir busy while your Support Fire Pals do the most of the damage work.

4 Lyleen/Lyleen Noct

The Best Supports For The Party

Lyleem Noct is especially effective in the fight against Bellanoir and Bellanoir Libero, since its Dark attribute will grant it a x2 resist to the Raid Boss attacks. This Pal has low Defense and Damange, this means the player will have to be especially proactive at dealing damage and distracting Bellanoir while Lyleen Works.

3 Relaxaurus

Another Tankish Attacker, With A Great Pal Skill

Weakness: Low HP

Relaxaurus and its electric variant Relaxaurus Lux can be great additions to the base team, since these Pals have great attack and defensive qualities. They also have access to powerful Dragon Type moves, and can learn Dragon Meteor using the Dragon Skill Fruit: Dragon Meteor.

Consider having at least 4 of these guys in base while also carrying one with the Mount among the part members. Its Relaxaurus's Missile Launcher is also a great way to cause severe damage to the Raid Boss, and does Dragon Type damage.

2 Astegon

An Absolute Beast, The Best Option For Damage And Defense

Astegon is one of the strongest Pals in the game, and the best Base Attacker/Tank players can bring to the Bellanoir and Bellanoir Libero Raids. Mostly because this Pal is a Dark Dragon type, and this means it has a x4 resistance to all the Raid Boss' attacks.

Unleashing at least 4 of these beasts in base will guarantee not only a solid defense, but a steady income of attack from Dragon Type moves that Bellanoir will not be able to resist for too long. Of course, if players want to take things to an extreme and have the breeding facilities to do so, they can fill their bases with Astegons and launch a full scale assault on Bellanoir that way.

1 Knocklem

The Best Party Tank, Powerful Attacker As Well

Best Role: Tank/Partner
Weakness: None

Knocklem is one of the latest additions that arrived with Palworld Sakurajima, with the highest defense and HP in the whole game, this beast from the Earth Type is the best possible Tank players can have besides them during a difficult combat. Knocklem's special skill, Steel Guardian Mode, automatically activates when Knocklem enters combat, boosting its attack and defense stats even more.

Having it on base is a good way to divert Bellanoir's attention while players deal damage, especially if they're equipped with heavy weapons like the Gatling Gun and Rocket Launcher. Knocklem might be a bit slow but its skills are second to none: Sand Twister and Ground Cutter are powerful abilities that can cause lots of damage and have a relatively low cooldown.
