Palia is an online game developed and published by Singularity 6. As of this writing, it is still in an open beta and available to PC and Nintendo Switch players, meaning it isn't completely finished yet. However, players can get into the game and start to uncover the secrets of the world.
In Palia, players gather and craft items for the Kilima Village, an area that they are working on becoming residents of. Their characters randomly appeared in the world of Majiri and are now working to figure out how to live life in the village. Since it is an online game, players can come into contact with other players from all over the world.

The Honey Lure in Palia can be used to attract bugs. Here are the best spots to place one for those looking to catch some rare insects.
What Are Requests?
The point of Palia is to see players work together in a fun world without the stress of competing. Instead, the main purpose is to help one another out as they work to create the best village that they can. Requests can be made by friends and others on the server who need a specific item. Usually, these are items that they urgently need to complete a specific task, so donating those items can be beneficial for the other players. Requests can be made up to four times a day and will expire in an hour, so players wanting to fulfill requests will need to make sure that they do it quickly. Otherwise, they won't be able to complete the request in time.

Players can choose a character to become their Shepp in Palia, making them a sort of mentor, with some characters being more popular than others.
How To Fulfill Other Players' Requests
For anyone wanting to fulfill a request on Palia, they will first need to ensure that they either have some in-game friends or have others on their servers. Once that is done, fulfilling requests is similar to actually requesting for specific items. To do this, first go to the requests tab. Instead of selecting your requests, select the gift icon, which will show all the active requests that can be donated. If you have the items that are needed for the request, you can send them to the player by selecting to fulfill that specific request. Once this is done, you will earn Renown, which is one of the more common currencies in the game and can be used to obtain things such as how fast you gain experience. The more requests you fulfill, the more Renown you will obtain, and since players can send out up to four requests a day, there may always be requests that need to be fulfilled.
