Overwatch 2 fans can pick up the Barista Sojourn bundle for free as a part of a new Twitch Drop campaign to celebrate the launch of Season 12, New Frontiers. From now until August 31, players who watch 15 hours of Overwatch 2 on Twitch can earn six in-game cosmetics, including the Barista Sojourn Epic skin.

Season 12 of Overwatch 2 just recently began, bringing with it a new hero in the form of Juno, the Clash game mode, and a ranked reset. It also refreshed the Battle Pass with a bunch of new cosmetics, including several Egyptian-themed Overwatch 2 skins like the Mythic Anubis Reaper.

Now, Overwatch 2 players can pick up a few extra free cosmetics to celebrate the new season's release. From now through the end of the month, fans can earn the Coffee player icon, the Latte weapon charm, and a spray, icon, voice line, victory pose, and Epic Barista skin for Sojourn by watching their favorite Overwatch 2 streamers on Twitch for up to 15 hours. Fans will unlock rewards every few hours during the campaign, with the skin being the final reward available.

How to Get Overwatch 2 Season 12 Twitch Drops

  • Connect one’s Battle.net and Twitch accounts, then watch any streamers in the Overwatch 2 category from now through August 31 at 2:58 AM EDT to earn the following rewards:
    • 2 Hours: Antlers Sojourn spray
    • 4 Hours: Coffee player icon
    • 6 Hours: Sojourn voice line - “The usual.”
    • 9 Hours: Epic Latte weapon charm
    • 12 Hours: Sojourn victory pose – Freshly Brewed
    • 15 Hours: Sojourn Barista Epic skin

Barista Sojourn first came to Overwatch 2 in July 2023, where it was available alongside the other cosmetics as a part of a bundle that cost 1100 Overwatch Coins – a net value of $11. Now, players can get all the cosmetics from this Sojourn bundle for free.

Unfortunately, fans who already purchased this bundle in the past won’t get anything extra from participating in this Twitch Drop campaign. In the past, Overwatch 2 refunded players who bought Owl Guardian Mercy shortly before it was given away via Prime Gaming, but only for those who participated in the preceding sale. It does not seem like Overwatch 2 is doing so this time, so these fans may be out of luck.

Either way, Overwatch 2 players can look forward to even more new skins soon. During Gamescom, Overwatch 2 revealed a Sylvanas Widowmaker skin from its upcoming World of Warcraft collaboration happening later this season. Fans can expect to learn more about this crossover event, and its accompanying skins, in the next few weeks.
