Hero Mastery is an additional gameplay mode that was added to Overwatch 2. Its purpose is to help players learn the basics of certain heroes and grow more familiar with their kits. You can even master them fully as you gain skills, hero techniques, and cooldown timing that can transfer into live gameplay and significantly improve your impact in a match.
In Overwatch 2's Season 11, two more courses were added to Hero Mastery mode for DPS hero Soldier: 76, and Support hero Kiriko. Alongside them, new Hero Mastery Challenges have been included, in which players can complete to earn a number of different rewards. All Hero Mastery Challenges & Rewards in Overwatch 2 Season 11
In Overwatch 2 Season 11, both Kiriko and Soldier: 76 are new additions to the courses available through Hero Mastery mode. This brings the total up to 12 available courses for D.Va, Reinhardt, Winston, Echo, Genji, Mei, Sojourn, Soldier: 76, Tracer, Kiriko, Lucio, and Mercy.
Alongside this release of the two latest Hero Mastery courses, there have also been a variety of Hero Mastery challenges made available for players to complete. By doing so, you can earn several different rewards, including a weapon charm, souvenir, and spray. This is also a great way to earn some extra Battle Pass XP, and claim the many rewards from the Super Mega Ultrawatch theme. Knowing how to complete all available challenges will give players a head start. For this reason, they have been summarized below, including all rewards that can be gained.
