However, before you jump into attempting to earn Roadhog's Cyclops skin as a free Twitch drop, you will first need to ensure that your Battle.net account and your Twitch account are successfully linked, or else you may run into trouble when it comes to redeeming these rewards. You can achieve this in a few simple steps by following the instructions below:

  1. Open the Battle.net launcher
  2. Click your username/BattleTag and select View Account from the dropdown menu.
  3. This will cause a new window to open. In this new window, scroll down to the Links section, and click the edit button in the top right-hand corner.
