After retrieving the Main Building 2F Stair Key from the Stairwell puzzle, players will make their way to the second floor section of the Middle School in Silent Hill f. While most of the classroom doors will be locked in this section, one will be open that you'll enter into, but soon get trapped inside. How to Open the Secret Box in Silent Hill f (Puzzle Solutions)

The Secret Box puzzle starts when Hinako enters one of the open classrooms on the Middle School second floor in Silent Hill f. There's a mysterious puzzle box sitting on one of the desks, with a note (letter) beside it. Reading the note will give you the first clue in opening the Secret Box.

The Secret Box itself has sliding sections, which reveal different symbols. Players will have to slide the panels to display the correct symbols in each attempt to open different layers of the box.
