Haki is one of the most important powers in the world of One Piece, and it goes without saying that in the Final Saga, its importance is greater than ever. In this segment of One Piece, Oda has made it quite clear that those with the power of Conqueror's Haki, also known as Supreme King Haki, dominate the most.
7 Users Of God Level Haki In One Piece
These haki users in One Piece are the greatest. Some would even describe their haki as god level.
While there have been multiple powerful users of Haki over the years, not all of them are alive at this point in time. Among those who are currently fighting it out in the Great Pirate Era, only a handful can be considered to be at the top of their game when it comes to Haki.
Zoro

The swordsman of the Straw Hat Pirates, Zoro is a great user of Haki as well. He has access to all three types of Haki, with his specialty being Armament Haki, as confirmed by Oda himself.
Zoro also has access to Advanced Conqueror's Haki, although he doesn't know how to control it yet, which means that his Haki is quite weak at this point in time. With time, Zoro will certainly strengthen his Haki even further and reach newer levels.

Their leader, Hancock, possesses the strongest Haki of all, and she commands incredible control over all three types. Her specialty is Conqueror's Haki, and it shouldn't come as a surprise to the fans to know that Hancock can infuse this Haki in her powerful attacks.
Monkey D. Dragon

Dragon is the leader of the Revolutionary Army and that alone gives him tremendous strength. Although he is highly implied to have a Devil Fruit, fans know that he possesses strong Haki as well.
Looking at his ambition, and the fact that he is the son of Garp and the father of Luffy, both of whom are very high-level Haki users, means that Dragon has Conqueror's Haki, and it shouldn't come as a surprise to the fans to see him manipulate this Haki at a very high level. He can be one of the strongest users of Conqueror's Haki, but until better feats are provided, he cannot be placed any higher.
Loki

Among the new characters introduced in One Piece in the Final Saga, Loki certainly stands out as one of the strongest. He is said to be a calamity strong enough to destroy the entire world. Loki has only ever been stopped by one person, and that is Shanks.

All three of them are relative in terms of strength and all of them rely on Haki in combat as their primary power source. All three of them utilize Conqueror's Haki on a very high level and fans have already seen a glimpse of their tremendous skill. Given that all of them are relative to Roger in terms of power, it might make sense to place their Haki mastery on the same level as Roger himself.
Shanks
