These powers also give them an advantage over the rest of the characters. Since a lot of new characters have debuted in One Piece, the list has been updated to include the strongest females.
27 Kalifa
Only Female Member Of CP9
Kalifa was introduced in the Water 7 arc as Iceberg's secretary. At the time, she seemed like an ordinary person, and no one expected her to be a CP9 assassin. When the truth was revealed, the Straw Hats and the people at Galley-La were shocked.
Kalifa trained with CP9 for a long time, which made her much more powerful than regular Marines. She ate the Awa Awa no Mi at Enies Lobby, and it allowed her to produce soap bubbles. These bubbles were strong enough to debilitate Sanji, although he was not fighting back. She is currently a member of CP0, although she is one of the weaker members of the organization.

When it comes to comparing her strength to the female characters in One Piece, Nami is definitely among the most impressive. She does not have Haki, but she makes up for it with her intelligence. Throughout the series, Nami has managed to outfox her opponents and defeat them with the combination of her weapons and trickery. Nami also possesses the Clima-Tact, which is modified by Usopp occasionally. In the Whole Cake Island arc, Nami gained Zeus as an ally, bolstering her overall power.
25 Kozuki Toki

Kozuki Toki was the wife of Kozuki Oden, the legendary samurai from Wano. She met him on an island outside Wano when he saved his life from bandits. Toki married Oden, and together they had two kids- Hiyori and Momonosuke.
Toki possessed a paramecia type devil fruit known as the Toki Toki no Mi. This devil fruit allowed her to send herself forward in time, which makes it an extraordinarily powerful ability. However, she could not go back in time once she had traveled to the future.
24 Atlas
Managed To Punch Luffy
Atlas was one of the six satellites of Dr. Vegapunk, and she embodied the scientist's anger. Due to her size, Atlas' strength is much greater than any normal human.
She is equipped with light-pressure gloves that allow her to hit the holograms on Egghead Island. Her punch was able to hurt Luffy who had a few bruises on his face. Aside from her physical strength, Atlas also has a jetpack that lets her fly through the air.
23 Ahiru
One Of The Strongest Members Of The Revolutionary Army
Ahiru is the deputy commander of the Eastern forces of the Revolutionary Army, so she is directly below Belo Betty in terms of authority. Due to her limited screen time, it is hard to gauge where she stands in terms of power.
Ahiru's body has been modified at least partly. She has a cybernetic left arm that can allegedly shoot down enemies. As a member of the Revolutionary Army, it is inevitable that Ahiru will most certainly be involved in the Final Saga of One Piece. With enough screen time, fans will get a better understanding of her character and her power level.
22 Hina
Possesses A Deadly Devil Fruit
At the time of her debut, Hina was only a Marine Captain, but her service granted recognition in the eyes of the higher-ups, which is why she was promoted to the position of Rear Admiral.
Hina is an immensely talented hand-to-hand combatant, and she has shown her skill multiple times. She was able to beat Bon Clay, one of the strongest members of the Baroque Works, handsomely. Hina also possesses the Ori Ori no Mi, a Paramecia-type Devil Fruit that allows her to create iron bars, which she can use in different ways. Hina can either use them as weapons or create cages to trap her enemies.

Ulti possesses the Ryu Ryu no Mi, Model: Pachycephalosaurus, which is an ancient zoan type devil fruit. The devil fruit bolsters Ulti's strength and it compliments Ulti's fighting style perfectly.

Ulti's endurance is incredible as she was able to withstand multiple hits from a Yonko. Luffy considered her a real threat and was ready to use his strongest gear against her.
20 Koala
Adept At Using Fish-Man Island
Koala is a high-ranking officer in the Revolutionary Army. She was rescued by Fisher Tiger and the Sun Pirates from a lifetime of servitude. Upon joining the Revolutionary Army, Koala was trained by different members.
She specializes in Fish-Man Karate and is among the few individuals who can use it efficiently. While it remains unconfirmed, Koala is most likely able to use at least two types of Haki. Koala has yet to be involved in a serious fight, but it won't be long before she gives a proper demonstration to the audience.
19 Doll
A Vice Admiral Who Can Use Advanced Armament Haki
Doll was introduced in the Egghead arc. She is a Vice Admiral who was originally stationed at the G-14 Marine Base along with several other noteworthy Marines. For her, justice is the most important thing, and she is unwilling to compromise it for anything.
Doll does not have a Devil Fruit, but she has excellent control over her Armament Haki. She can use Advanced Armament Haki, which means that she can damage opponents without making contact with them. Doll also possesses superhuman physical strength, with which she is able to beat giants and damage the tough Mark III Pacifista. Moreover, she seems to have strong willpower, as she was able to withstand Joyboy's Haki for a few seconds longer than the other Vice Admirals. As one of the few ruthless female characters, fans will be hoping to see Doll again in the future.

Wanda is a member of the Mink Tribe and one of its best fighters. She made her debut in the Zou arc, but she didn't receive a chance to show off her power until the Wano Country arc, where she fought Perospero along with Carrot.
