The vast majority of the chapter was focused on the Egghead War that is currently ongoing and the biggest focus of the chapter was Saturn himself.

Fans know him to be an incredibly important figure in the One Piece world who has, largely, stayed out of the main story simply because he would be relevant later on. Now that the series is in the Final Saga, it's time for Saturn to make his move and that is something that every single fan of the story was expecting. Finally, Saturn revealed his Devil Fruit power to the fans in One Piece chapter 1094 and it was certainly an ability to amaze the fans.
Saturn's Devil Fruit Preview
Saturn's Devil Fruit power reveal did not come out of nowhere. For the very first time, fans found out that the Gorosei have Devil Fruit powers up their sleeve when Sabo infiltrated the Reverie. This flashback was delivered to the fans in the Egghead Arc itself and, there, a very ominous scene involving King Cobra of Arabasta unfolded. Cobra was questioned by the Five Elders and, eventually, even Imu themselves. Cobra's life was already forfeit, however, when he was attacked, Sabo jumped into action and tried to save him. Even though he launched a very powerful attack, Fire Fist, directly at the Gorosei and Imu, it was no use since these powerful characters use their own Devil Fruit powers to counter.
All the members of the Five Elders revealed their own Devil Fruit powers, however, at the time, all of them were kept in a silhouette. This meant that the Five Elders were now confirmed to be Devil Fruit users, however, what exactly their ability was, was still kept a secret. Yet, from the silhouette itself, fans could take a guess at what these powers are. For Saturn specifically, it was quite clear to see that the figure that he took the form of had two giant horns. Most fans attributed that to the power of a Minotaur or an Oni. While that was not his Devil Fruit power, it was partially correct as the power that Saturn actually holds does have elements from these abilities as well and, it is safe to say that this is a very scary power indeed.
Saturn On Egghead Island
Fans knew that one of the Five Elders, Saturn, was headed to Egghead Island. This was decided long before news of Luffy arriving on Egghead was even released. Saturn was sent to the island simply because Vegapunk had powerful weapons at his disposal, such as the Mark 3 Pacifistas and, of course, the Seraphims. All of these were created under the Pacifista project and, Vegapunk would have the highest authority over them if no one else higher than him was present on the island. Even if Kizaru was sent to the island, Vegapunk would be unstoppable simply because he would have 50 Pacifistas at his disposal and, at the same time, four Seraphims.
As strong as Kizaru is, he would not have been able to take on this tremendous force and would ultimately have lost the battle. At the same time, Vegapunk would have survived and the Navy would have suffered collateral damage. To avoid that outcome, Saturn was sent to the island, since he is one of the Five Elders and he is specifically the Science and Defense God, meaning all things pertaining to technology should fall under his watch.
As soon as Saturn was seen on one of the Navy ships, fans immediately knew that he would be forced to fight. Kizaru is quite strong, however, he is not strong enough to take down the entirety of the Straw Hat Pirates and, because of that, it was already quite clear that the Navy would need backup. Given that they had one of the Five Elders with them, who better to provide assistance than a person even stronger than an Admiral.
Saturn's Devil Fruit Power
In One Piece chapter 1094, Saturn finally revealed his Devil Fruit power to the fans. This came as a sudden shock to everyone, including those on the island and those reading the manga. At the end of the last chapter, Atlas successfully changed the orders for the Pacifistas. This meant that the Mark 3s were now on the side of the Straw Hat Pirates, and, consequently, the Navy was in big trouble. 50 Mark 3 Pacifistas would take quite a huge power to take down and they certainly did not possess that. Even though they had many Vice Admirals on the island, it would not be enough to take them down and, as a result, the tides of the war certainly shifted.
To avoid a loss and prevent Vegapunk from escaping, Saturn took measures. Being the highest authority, it was clear that he would change their orders himself. That is precisely what he did and he did not stop there. Saturn used the powers of the summoning circle somehow to summon himself onto the island. It is quite clear that his Devil Fruit has demonic properties and he is somehow connected to the devil itself. Fans could see giant Haki sparks emerging from the island and an ominous aura that every single fighter and non-fighter on the island could easily sense. This dark presence was even felt by Luffy and Kizaru and immediately after, it was revealed that Saturn had transformed into his Devil Fruit form.
The name of his Devil Fruit is not known to the fans just yet. However, it is quite clearly a Mythical Zoan fruit, just as fans had guessed earlier. The Devil Fruit appears to be some sort of a hybrid between a spider and Ox, or Oni.
This form seems to be loosely based on a Yokai from Japanese mythology, called Ushi Oni. It appears that Saturn has the lower body of a mythical spider and the upper body of an ox-like Oni.
How Strong Is Saturn?
It is quite clear for the fans to see that Saturn is currently the strongest person on the island, likely even above the likes of Luffy. He is clearly stronger than an Admiral of the Navy and his Devil Fruit all but confirms that. Given that he is one of the 20 Kings, fans should not be surprised to see him being a user of the Color of the Supreme King as well. On top of that, he has a powerful Mythical Zoan Devil Fruit and the fact that his presence itself was felt all over the island should be enough to tell how dangerous a person he is. Saturn is also fully healthy right now, while all the others have fought already and have been weakened tremendously. By all means, from here onwards, Saturn should be wiping out everyone in his way, however, Luffy might have something to say about that.
From here, fans should expect Luffy to fight against Saturn, that is, after he recovers. While Kizaru is certainly strong, he is not the biggest antagonist of the arc and that was clear from the very beginning. Someone else needs to fight against Kizaru and Luffy needs to fight against Saturn. This is going to be, most likely, the hardest fight that Luffy has ever fought and fans are incredibly excited to witness it in full glory in the upcoming chapters of One Piece.
