Of course, Joyboy failed his promise to the Fishmankind, however, this promise will eventually be fulfilled.

The Lunarians were known as the Gods of the world nearly 400 years ago. They likely flourished during the Void Century too and given that they believe in Nika and his return, they most likely were allied with the Ancient Kingdom as well.
Alber, who is the last known trueborn Lunarian that the fans know of, wanted Joyboy to come and save the world, which all but confirms that their race were allies of the Ancient Kingdom.
1 Buccaneers
Notable Character: Kuma
The Buccaneer race was recently revealed in One Piece and this race appears to be somewhat of a mix between a human and a giant. Of course, this isn't a race created by the interbreeding of these two races. In fact, it is a race that exists on its own but these people are believed to have the blood of the giant.
This means that the Buccaneers have incredible strength as well as resilience and durability, all the while having a smaller stature when compared to the Giants. They are heavily connected to Nika and know all of his secrets. This is a clear indication that they were allies of the Ancient Kingdom long ago in the past.
