The Blackbeard pirates are among the most feared crews in One Piece. They are led by Marshall D. Teach, who has the reputation of being the most notorious pirate in the story. The crew originally had five members, which included Lafitte, Jesus Burgess, Doc Q, Van Augur, and finally, Blackbeard himself.
After Blackbeard became a Shichibukai, the crew invaded Impel Down and freed the most heinous criminals in history. Luffy has already defeated Kaido, who was considered the strongest creature in the world, and he will continue to improve. The two crews haven't come face-to-face yet, but the battle between the Straw Hat Pirates and the Blackbeard Pirates is inevitable, and it is going to happen at one point or another. Until then, the Straw Hat Pirates will have to train and enhance their skills further.
4 The Red Hair Pirates

The Red Hair Pirates are currently the strongest crew in the entire world. They are led by Shanks, who is the most respected pirate in the series. He possesses all three types of Haki, and on top of that, he can use their advanced variants. Shanks has yet to show off his power, but that should change as the story heads into the Final Saga.
The Red Pirates as a whole are considered extremely well-balanced. Everyone within the crew is capable of pulling their own weight, and all of them are likely adept at using Haki. Shanks alone was able to take out the Kid Pirates, who were no slouches either. The scary part was that the other members of the Red Hair Pirates didn't even need to get involved. During the Marineford arc, Blackbeard refused to fight the Red Hair Pirates because he was aware that they would lose. While the Blackbeard Pirates have improved in strength, they still cannot get the better of Shanks' crew.
3 Whitebeard Pirates

The Whitebeard Pirates were founded by Edward Newgate, who was better known as Whitebeard. They were among the most respected pirate crews in the whole world. Whitebeard built the crew on principles, and anyone who went against them was severely punished. One thing that separated the Whitebeard Pirates from the rest was that they were more like a family. Whitebeard called Marco, Ace, and everyone else, his sons.
The Whitebeard Pirates were the only ones who were considered capable of challenging the Roger Pirates. In fact, Roger and Whitebeard were fierce rivals. The Whitebeard Pirates had immensely powerful fighters among their ranks, who could make short work of the Blackbeard Pirates.
2 Roger Pirates

The Roger Pirates were the most infamous pirate crew to ever set foot on the Grand Line. Led by Gol D. Roger, the crew remains the only one to ever complete their voyage around the Grand Line and reach Laugh Tale, where they found the One Piece. Aside from getting their hands on the treasure, the Roger Pirates also learned the actual history of the world, which included the harsh truth about the creation of the World Government.

When it came to combat, the Roger Pirates were almost unmatched. There was no crew in the world that could defeat them. Even Shiki's pirate armada failed against the mighty Roger Pirates. Some of the well-known fighters from the crew are: Roger, Rayleigh, Scopper Gaban, and Kozuki Oden. All of them were monsters in their own right, and they would have no problem beating the Blackbeard Pirates.
1 Rocks Pirates

The Rocks Pirates were formed by Rocks D. Xebec. He was obsessed with power, and it drove him to make many reckless decisions. Rocks was not interested in his crew, and, in fact, evidence suggests that he might have physically hurt the younger members, such as Kaido. Due to his immense desire for power, he only recruited people who had a considerable amount of strength.
After the crew's formation, they began to explore the Grand Line at their captain's command. The Rocks Pirates consisted of Rocks, Whitebeard, Shiki, Kaido, and Big Mom. It is safe to say that they were the strongest crew of their time. The Roger Pirates had to form an alliance with Garp and the Marines to defeat the Rocks Pirates. Given their strength, it is plausible to assume that they wouldn't have problems beating the Blackbeard Pirates.
