Meanwhile, Big Mom was growing in power as well, as was Kaido. Roger was a rival of Rocks, and according to Sengoku, Rocks was his strongest enemy. Roger later had rivalries with Whitebeard as well, but it was nowhere near as big as the rivalry with Rocks. Roger and his crew not only dominated the era but also went on to do the unthinkable as they conquered the Grand Line completely. They reached the Final Island and claimed the One Piece.

While the Roger Pirates did the unthinkable and reached the Final Island in One Piece, they eventually disbanded as they were too early. The crew were not the ones to guide the world to its dawn and that's exactly why Roger gave himself to the Navy. Roger was eventually executed and when that happened, and with his death, the Great Pirate Era was ushered in. Fans got to see countless powerful pirates set out to the seas in search of the great treasure that Roger left behind. In this era, the Yonko were established and the strongest pirates were known to be Whitebeard, Kaido, Big Mom, and Shanks.

Say Hello To The New Legendary Devil Fruit User Of The Straw Hat Pirates in One Piece
The Straw Hat Pirates are strong, and a new member has a legendary Devil Fruit in One Piece.
That said, none of them have the strongest crew in the world. That title goes to the Straw Hat Pirates, and even though they're not deserving of it yet, they will be very soon. The Straw Hat Pirates are a special pirate crew where the Top 3 are on a completely different level when compared to the other crews.
Luffy Will Surpass Roger
Whereas most pirate crews only have 1 elite fighter, the Straw Hat Pirates have 3 in Luffy, Sanji, and Zoro. All of these three characters are most definitely going to be users of Conqueror's Haki as well.
Oda has already established their direct parallels in the story too. Luffy will surpass Roger, while Zoro and Sanji will surpass Rayleigh and Gaban. The other monsters of the Straw Hat Pirates will also grow tremendously strong, surpassing every single crew that exists in this era.
