Since Joy Boy had this ability that turned him into Nika, it is quite clear that this fruit came into existence during the Void Century. It might even be the very first Devil Fruit to have ever been created and one that led to the creation of all others.

It is also possible that the Nikyu Nikyu no Mi, which is currently wielded by Bartholomew Kuma, was wielded by someone during the Void Century. According to Imu, the Poneglyphs were all scattered during the Void Century by Queen Lily to different parts of the world. Scattering the Poneglyphs would require some sort of superpower, and the Nikyu Nikyu no Mi fits absolutely perfectly.

Amatsuki Toki existed during the Void Century and fans already know that. She time-traveled from the Void Century to the present timeline, looking for the Dawn of the world. Toki used the powers of the Toki Toki no Mi to achieve this, which means that this fruit also existed in the Void Century.

Even if she didn't have it, the Bara Bara no Mi most definitely could've been used to split apart different Poneglyphs and make sure they scatter easily.

Another Devil Fruit that fans know existed for sure during this time is the Ope Ope no Mi. This is based on the idea that a doctor did the Perennial Youth Surgery on Imu long ago.
Apart from that, the abilities that Imu and the elders possessed also existed in the Void Century, and Oda will gradually reveal them all.
