One Piece's Elbaf arc has started to heat up when it comes to battles, and the most recent chapter has given fans quite a lot of exciting content that most couldn't even have imagined in their wildest of imaginations. As most fans are aware, the Holy Knights seemed to be the main villains for the Elbaf arc of the story, with their goal being the subjugation of Elbaf and forcing the Giants of the country to be their slave warriors in the upcoming war.

One Piece Chapter 1149 was extremely special in that regard, as fans got to see Gaban take down one Holy Knight and prepare to take down another, only to be forced to surrender. But, even more than that, Oda then went on to bring the strongest Haki user right now straight to Elbaf.

When it comes to strong Haki, fans know that Luffy is one of the best users of this power in Elbaf. He has all three Haki types, with great mastery in all three. Luffy can utilize advanced versions of all three Haki types, as fans know already. At the same time, there is also Loki. While his Haki hasn't been properly shown, fans know based on the portrayal alone that he is one of the most powerful Haki users in the country already.

But, the strongest Haki user in Elbaf is actually neither of the two, at least right now. One Piece chapter 1149 confirmed to the fans that the strongest Haki user in Elbaf is none other than Scopper Gaban, the left arm of the Pirate King. With Haki strong enough to counter Immortality, future sight, and great Armament, Gaban is a Haki monster whose skills made sure he Rivaled even Roger back in the day. Unfortunately, Gaban is out of the equation after surrendering. The real strongest Haki user was introduced immediately after, and it is none other than Imu.

Immediately upon Imu's arrival, it was quite clear that the Haki emanating from Gunko's body was majestic. Imu even stated that they would go on to show everyone how a true God rules, and all things considered, Imu is most definitely going to be the main villain of this arc, as well as the strongest character here with the most potent Haki. It must be remembered that in Egghead, the Haki of the Elders drew comparisons to that of Shanks. Imu, who is a level above, should have Haki greater or equal to Shanks at the very least.

Luffy Vs Gunko Imu Is Imminent

For now, Luffy is in the Underworld, but it is only a matter of time before he comes back up. Now that Gunko is channeling Imu's Haki, Luffy must feel the presence and head back up, giving fans the main big battle of the arc.
