While Luffy isn't the strongest in One Piece right now, he will eventually rise to that position, and this goes without saying. Luffy is a mighty Yonko, but more than that, he's the Sun God Nika. He is also someone who is already known to surpass Roger, and by extension, the current strongest, Shanks. Luffy will also surpass Joy Boy, and eventually, Luffy will have to beat Imu. All things considered, Luffy will eventually become the strongest in the world of One Piece.
