As fans know very well, this arc is about protecting the Giants of Elbaf and their country from the threat of the World Government, who have set their eyes on the country and want to take it by force, turning the Giants into their slave army.

A new awakened devil fruit has been revealed, and its one of the most powerful in One Piece.
Of course, Luffy and the Straw Hats will not let this happen, especially now that they're stronger than ever before. The crew has worked incredibly hard over the last two years to reach the level they're at right now. Now, Oda has confirmed they've grown even stronger as a Yonko crew in the story.
The Straw Hats Are A Yonko Crew In One Piece

The Straw Hat Pirates are an official Yonko crew in One Piece, having taken this position recently after the conclusion of the war in Wano. As fans know, Luffy and the Straw Hat Pirates went up against Kaido’s Beast Pirates, and they triumphed. Luffy was the one who beat Kaido, and this was extremely important in the overall flow of the story. Along with Luffy, the other Straw Hats also went on to accomplish great things in the Wano War.

Zoro, for instance, beat King in Wano, while Sanji went up against Queen and delivered a phenomenal performance. Jinbe absolutely demolished Who's Who, and of course, Robin completely overwhelmed Black Maria. Fans also can't forget that Brook took down Black Maria's Gifters and Numbers, and Franky's work against Sasaki cannot be forgotten either. The only Straw Hats who were poor in Wano were Nami and Usopp. Still, they too leveled up greatly in the arc, and now, Oda has practically confirmed that they've all grown stronger too.
Oda Confirms The Straw Hats Have Grown Stronger As A Yonko Crew Through Imu
The Straw Hat Pirates haven't faced many battles since the end of the Wano Country arc, but that doesn't mean they're not growing stronger. With each passing arc, the Straw Hats grow stronger, and even Oda has confirmed this recently. In One Piece chapter 1149, Imu arrived in the Warland Elbaf, and he did so by taking control of Gunko. This was very important as it set them up as the main antagonists of the arc. Immediately upon their arrival, Imu unleashed a powerful blast of Conqueror's Haki, showing hostility to everyone on Elbaf, and knocking out various people.

Conqueror's Haki Knocks Out Based On Strength Difference
As fans know, Conqueror's Haki knocks out people based on the difference in strength. The higher the difference in power, the greater the chances of them being knocked out.

O: In exactly the same place and exact same situation as Luffy, Shanks or Rayleigh may have been capable of knocking out all 100,000. In a different setting, you can't really compare just by asking "how many people". Being able to knock an enemy out with haki depends entirely on having an overwhelming power gap between the two. In Luffy's case, the point is the number of people that were so weak that they were not even worth fighting. If there were 100,000 to-some- extent-strong-willed pirates before him, it's possible that he wouldn't even be able to knock out a single one.
While Luffy, Zoro, and Sanji would've definitely survived Imu's Conqueror's Haki blast, along with Jinbe, Robin, and Franky, others could've easily passed out. Yet, every single member of the Straw Hat Pirates survived this Haki blast. In the subsequent chapter, fans could clearly see many of the Giants being knocked out by this Haki, including strong ones.
Furthermore, Imu's Haki Is comparable to Joy Boy, given the strength tier is the same and Joy Boy knocked out Vice Admirals in Egghead. As such, it is practically confirmed that every single Straw Hat is now above the level of the average Marine Vice Admiral and that they all deserve a bounty greater than 500 million berries, given that the Cross Guild prices the Vice Admirals at 5 Stars.
