With the Uo Uo no Mi, Model: Seiryuu, and incredibly strong Haki of all three types, Kaido is a menace for anyone to deal with. In the Wano Country Arc, Kaido eventually fought against Luffy and while he did well, he did eventually go on to lose the battle. Still, Kaido’s status as one of the most powerful individuals in the One Piece world remains. That said, Elbaf is a different gravy, and here, many characters who are far stronger than Kaido have emerged.
Oda Confirms Prime Scopper Gaban Is Stronger Than Kaido

In the Elbaf arc, Oda gave the fans a very good look at the strength of an old Scopper Gaban. During his battle against Luffy, Gaban was just playing with him, yet was able to overwhelm both him and Zoro. At the same time, the Giants all stressed that Gaban is a legendary monster who could rival even the Pirate King himself, as well as the Dark King Silvers Rayleigh. Any man capable of being considered to be on par with Roger is clearly stronger than Kaido. Although old Gaban is probably not stronger than Kaido, in his prime, facing Kaido shouldn't have been too difficult for him at all.

Imu Is Stronger Than Kaido
Yet another character that's practically confirmed to be incredibly strong and most certainly stronger than Kaido is Imu. In Elbaf, Imu has used Gunko's body and aims to show the true power of a God. Kaido, despite being a monster himself, shouldn't be strong enough to beat Imu, let alone come near the dominion of One Piece gods.
In the Final Saga, One Piece fans will most definitely see many characters stronger than the likes of Kaido and Big Mom, and that in itself shows how high the intensity is here.
