Elbaf has proved itself to be one of the greatest One Piece arcs ever, even though it’s yet to reach its climax in the manga. The God Valley segment of the Loki flashback on its own has elevated this arc exponentially. This flashback was awaited for years, and so far, it has yet to disappoint. The peak of God Valley was recently revealed by Eiichiro Oda, with Rocks D. Xebec falling prey to Imu’s ultimate move — Domi Reversi.
One Piece Finally Explains Why Shanks Gave Up His Arm In The Beginning
Shanks lost his arm at the beginning, and the true reason for that has finally been revealed in One Piece.
Rocks was strong on his own, but after Domi Reversi, Rocks is on a whole other level, and Oda has officially confirmed that his strength is such that he could one-shot not one, but two characters who would eventually become Yonko, Big Mom, and Kaido. This makes the fight ahead for Garp and Roger seem even harder, and showcases their own superiority over the average Yonko in One Piece.

Rocks Easily Defeated Big Mom and Kaido Together
Rocks D. Xebec was quickly shown to be one of the strongest characters of the One Piece world in the Elbaf arc. When the Elbaf flashback started, fans saw him achieve multiple, very impressive feats. Rocks D. Xebec was shown to be the equal of the King of Elbaf, Harald, who was known as the strongest King Elbaf has ever had. On top of that, Xebec was also able to kill an Admiral of the Navy with extreme ease. His feats go ever further, as he did the unimaginable and infiltrated the Flower Room and escaped it, and Imu couldn’t even stop him.
On God Valley, Rocks had more to show when he was able to easily take down the Holy Knights’ strongest, Garling Figarland, who was backed up by another Holy Knight and an army of Domi Reversi'd Davy Clan members. Yet, nobody stood a chance against Rocks.
All in all, Rocks is very impressive, but Oda just gave him another huge power-up. Indeed, Rocks was Domi Reversi’d by Imu, and with that, he has been amped up in terms of power, speed, and size, and on top of that, he has gained immortality.
One Piece: Oda Reveals The King Of The World Before Imu
Imu is the current king of the world. That title, however, was held by someone else before them in One Piece.
Rocks has become so strong with this new power that he was able to one-shot Big Mom and Kaido without even using named moves. This is definitely impressive, as fans know both of these characters go on to become Yonko. But that isn't all, Rocks was able to overpower even Whitebeard, who was initially able to stop his sword, but was crushed by the sheer force behind it, being flung into a mountain in God Valley which then came crashing down.
It is important to keep in mind that while the pirates Rocks beat had Yonko potential, none of them had reached their peak in God Valley. Their true power would bloom years later. But, beating three of them in one blow is proof of the fact that Domi Reversi'd Rocks could easily one-shot even a Yonko.

Garp and Roger Will Have To Kill Rocks
Even though Big Mom and Kaido haven’t reached their peak yet, being able to one-shot both of them at the same time without even using a named move is no small achievement especially when considering the fact that he also blew away Whitebeard. The three of them were still greatly powerful back then, having their Devil Fruits and Conqueror’s Haki.
Domi Reversi Rocks is set up to be a terrifying enemy ahead, and Roger and Garp will have to join hands to even have a shot at victory here. Roger and Garp were also not at their peak back in God Valley, which is why fans are struggling to imagine how they will be able to defeat Domi Reversi Xebec.
The truth is, Garp and Roger will have to make use of their Conqueror’s Haki to its full extent and somehow kill Rocks D. Xebec. After all, they have no means to undo the transformation, and fans already know Xebec meets his end on that island at the hands of these two.
