Currently, the incredible battles on Egghead are going down and fans have already seen some incredible action, thanks to characters such as Saturn, Kizaru, Luffy, and of course, Sanji as well.

These characters have been embroiled in a battle over the course of the last few chapters, and now, as the climax of the arc edges closer, Luffy looks like he's going to be taking center stage by taking both Saturn and Kizaru in combat at the same time. This is quite a massive development in the Egghead Island Arc, and it will be incredibly exciting for fans to see how it all plays out.
Luffy Return To Gear 5 On Egghead
Luffy tapped into the power of Gear 5 on multiple occasions in the Egghead Island arc. The very first time Luffy utilized this power was when he was fighting against Rob Lucci. After making quick work of Lucci, Luffy fought against the Seraphims and the Pacifista, however, this battle did not see him tap into the power of Gear 5. However, the next day, he fought against Admiral Kizaru, and in this battle, he made sure to tap into his strongest form, as was expected, given that he was fighting a three billion berry man. Luffy ended up defeating him, although it consumed all the stamina that he had left after fighting many battles previously.
As fans already know, Luffy then ran out of energy, since Gear 5 consumes quite a lot of power, however, thanks to him receiving food, Lucy then gained enough power to return to battle, this time, at full power. Now, Luffy has tapped into the power of Gear 5 once again, and he intends to end all battles on Egghead by himself. He has already struck Kizaru once since then, injuring him greatly, and of course, as seen in the previous chapter of the story, he has also launched a powerful attack on Saint Saturn, which, once again, dealt some deadly damage to him.
In One Piece chapter 1108, Luffy was seen fighting against Saturn once again, however, this time, Saturday took to his spider form. Meanwhile, Vegapunk's worsening condition meant that Luffy could not risk fighting recklessly, and as a result, he ordered Sanji to take Vegapunk and escape from the island.
Luffy Vs Kizaru And Saturn
As soon as Saturn took the appearance of his full spider form and returned to battle, Luffy knew it was time to take some drastic measures. He ordered Sanji to take Vegapunk, escape from battle, and head towards the edge of the island. Sanji did just that, given that it was the captain's orders. However, Kizaru made sure to make this escape difficult for him. He attacked Sanji with a powerful blow and then stabbed Vegapunk through the chest. Given how durable Sanji is, this attack did not seem to face him at all, and he picked up Vegapunk once again, proceeding to escape.

Kizaru attempted to follow them, however, he was stopped in his path by none other than Luffy, who had now taken the form of a giant. At the same time, Saturn was trying to destroy everything in the surroundings by using his dangerous venom as well. He too was stopped by Luffy. It is safe to say that this incredible moment of Luffy stopping both Saturn and Kizaru at the same time was one of the very best ones in One Piece chapter 1108. Luffy took to his giant form and grabbed Saturn's head with one of his hands, and Kizaru was completely squished in another. It appears that Saturn is dealing with this better than Kizaru as he seems to be somewhat fine. However, the Marina Admiral has taken quite a lot of damage from Luffy holding him. Luffy has completely squashed Kizaru in his hands, and made it so that he coughed up quite a lot of blood. At this point, Kizaru has been injured quite a lot already and it is clear that Luffy is not willing to let him go.
In Gear 5, Luffy is hardly ever serious. In fact, this is only the second time that fans have seen him take a serious face, which was brought upon by Vegapunk being injured. Luffy looks confident of taking both of them on in battle and beating them as well. As he put it himself, he does not intend to let either one of them get away or cause harm to Sanji or Vegapunk. This battle has now begun, and it looks as if it will continue over the course of the next few weeks.
Can Luffy Defeat Both Kizaru And Saturn?
Luffy is currently at full power and he is up against both Saturn and Kizaru at the same time. Of course, fans are wondering as to whether he can defeat both of them in combat together. The answer to that question is that Luffy is certainly capable of doing that. For one, a Marine Admiral is not as strong as a Yonko, and Oda has repeatedly proven that to the fans throughout the Egghead Island arc. Once again, One Piece chapter 1108 went to show that the Admirals do not match up to the Yonko, given how easily Luffy dealt with Kizaru. At the same time, Saturn, who is very strong, looks like he's struggling to deal with Luffy, for the most part. Given how things are shaping up, it is entirely possible for Luffy to be able to take on both of them in combat and, at the very least, hold them back instead. Perhaps, Luffy might even be able to pull a rabbit out of the hat and defeat both of them. However, it seems to be very unlikely.
Regardless of that, what fans know for sure is that Luffy will most likely not be alone in this battle. As seen in One Piece chapter 1108, Dorry and Brogy were both headed towards where Luffy is. At the same time, once Vegapunk is safely delivered to the edge of the island, Sanji might return to Battle once again.
As such, it is highly unlikely to see Luffy lose this battle, since support is on the way. However, if, under certain circumstances, Luffy is forced to fight both of them alone, then he has no option but to win. If Luffy loses here, the Straw Hat Pirates will certainly not leave Egghead, and fans know that they simply have to do that in order for the story to progress further. As such, either Luffy will gain support in the battle in the form of Dorry, Brogy, and Sanji, or, he'll simply have to beat both Kizaru and Saturn by himself, which, although a very difficult task, is something that only he can pull off.
