Over a year after Loki's introduction in One Piece, Eiichiro Oda has finally showcased his long-awaited Devil Fruit. Right now, Loki's Devil Fruit remains unnamed, but it is quite clearly a Western Dragon that resembles the Nidhoggr. Its sheer size and power make it one of One Piece's very strongest; however, while its power is almost unmatched, a few legendary devil fruits of the One Piece world can rival it, or even trump it. Of course, there is still a lot to see about Loki and his Devil Fruit that Oda hasn't showcased yet, but despite that, it already has more than a few worthy rivals.
Hito Hito no Mi, Model: Nika

- Type: Mythical Zoan
If there is one Devil Fruit that has the potential to rival Loki's Dragon Devil Fruit, it's Monkey D. Luffy's Hito Hito no Mi, Model: Nika. Luffy's Nika Devil Fruit is one of the best when the user fully awakens it. Luffy was able to awaken the fruit in the Wano arc after his life-or-death battle against Kaido. In its basic form, the Hito Hito no Mi, Model: Nika turns the user's body into rubber. But, with awakening, Luffy can use the full potential of this Devil Fruit, and needless to say, it's overpowered.
With Gear 5, Luffy's rubbery body gains even greater strength and durability. More than that, he can directly turn his surroundings into rubber. The biggest power of the Nika Devil Fruit is that it allows Luffy the power to utilize his imagination to the fullest. Anything that he thinks is possible can be done with this fruit. Loki's devil fruit might be more visually impressive than Luffy's at the moment, being able to turn into an island-sized dragon, but the Nika Fruit will go on to show its full potential in the Final Saga.
Imu’s Unknown Devil Fruit

Imu is one of the most powerful characters in the world of One Piece, and it is befitting for them to have an overpowered Devil Fruit that rivals Loki's powers. At the moment, Imu is considered to be One Piece's very strongest character, and for many reasons, the biggest of which is that Imu is set up to be the final antagonist of the series.
So far, Imu has showcased a few of the abilities of their Devil Fruit. Evidently, Imu's Devil Fruit seems to be a Mythical Zoan that grants its users a demonic transformation and mage-like powers. A few of Imu's abilities include turning others into their own demonic slaves through the Domi Reversi contract. Imu also has a spell book with countless other spells. On top of that, Imu can also sign other contracts with people in the world of One Piece, called Covenants, through which they gain tremendous powers, but in exchange, become a vessel for Imu to control. Logically, Imu could inflict this same power on Loki if given the chance. In that sense, Imu and Loki's powers are definitely rivaled, but Imu still takes the edge at the moment. Imu and Loki should face off soon enough, and fans will be able to see how these two truly compare to each other.
Uo Uo no Mi, Model: Seiryu

Before Loki's Devil Fruit was introduced, there was another impressive dragon around in One Piece, and that is the King of Beasts, Kaido. Kaido was the main antagonist of Wano and the final villain of the Yonko Saga that Luffy had to topple. Kaido was as impressive as he was in large part due to his Devil Fruit, the Uo Uo no Mi, Model: Seiryu. This is a Mythical Zoan type of Devil Fruit that allowed Kaido to transform into an eastern dragon with powers of fire, lightning, and even wind.
Given that they're both dragons, these devil fruits could definitely be said to be able to rival each other. That said, Loki definitely has an edge over him as far as size goes. With Kaido's defeat, Momonosuke is currently the only one to hold this power, but he definitely still has a long way to go until he can even hope to rival Loki.
Yami Yami no Mi

Out of all the Logia devil fruits out there, none come even remotely close to the Yami Yami no Mi. The Yami Yami no Mi is currently in the possession of Blackbeard, and it is said to be the best Logia Devil Fruit in the world.
Despite being a Logia, the Yami Yami no Mi has a few weaknesses, such as taking double the damage and being unable to turn into the element, unlike other Logias. Despite those disadvantages, what it offers is well worth the trade-off. The ultimate ability of the Yami Yami no Mi is that of absorbing the devil itself and, as such, canceling Devil Fruit abilities. Even Loki's dragon, when faced with this power, would be nullified. This power can go on to rival the Nidhogg and even defeat it. There is no Devil Fruit ability in the world of One Piece that can withstand the power of the Yami Yami no Mi.
Gura Gura no Mi

Previously held by the World's Strongest Man, Whitebeard, the Gura Gura no Mi was said to be the strongest Paramecia, with the potential of creating earthquakes and tsunamis so big that it could easily crush the world of One Piece. The user of this fruit is a vibration human capable of creating quakes at will. It can easily destroy islands and is known to hold the power to destroy the world. Right now, this Devil Fruit is in possession of Blackbeard, and he definitely has big plans for it ahead in the story of One Piece. In terms of raw destructive power, the Gura Gura no Mi and Nidhogg Devil Fruits are neck and neck.
Loki's Devil Fruit was said to be able to destroy the world and after seeing it in One Piece, it is quite easy to see why that statement was made about it. But, this very same feat can be replicated by the Gura Gura no Mi. Still, given the other powers of Loki's Devil Fruit, it does seem to be the better fruit overall. In the upcoming few arcs, Oda will surely reveal more powers of the Gura Gura no Mi, especially if its awakening is also tapped into later down the line by Blackbeard.

One Piece is a Japanese manga written and illustrated by Eiichiro Oda. The series follows protagonist Monkey D.
