The Beast Pirates are an incredibly powerful pirate crew in One Piece that have, over the years, established themselves as a major force on the seas. This pirate crew is led by the Yonko of the Sea, Kaido, and, under him, he has amassed an incredible force of Zoan-type Devil Fruit users.
Being a Yonko crew, it is a given that the vast majority of the powerful members of the Beast Pirates are incredible users of Haki. While some of them possess average control over this power, others have refined it to a level where they can compete with the very best.

Haki Type: Armament, Observation
Page One is an incredibly powerful pirate and a member of the Tobiroppo. Despite being quite young, he has a bounty of 200 million berries on his head. Page One is a monster in combat and it is safe to say that his bounty does not do him justice.
He is a user of two types of Haki, these being Armament and Observation. On top of that, he possesses an Ancient Zoan Spinosaurus Devil Fruit and when all these powers are combined, he possesses enough strength to level a city.
9 Sasaki
Haki Type: Armament, Observation
Another member of the Tobiroppo, Sasaki is quite powerful and he possesses the power of the Ancient Zoan Triceratops Devil Fruit. He was seen in combat against Franky and held his own very well.
Sasaki is mostly reliant on his Devil Fruit, however, his Haki seems to be impressive as well. That said, fans have not seen him produce any exciting Haki feats in the story.
8 Black Maria
Haki Type: Armament, Observation
Black Maria is one of the strongest members of the Tobiroppo and the user of the Ancient Zoan Rosamygale Grauvogeli Devil Fruit. On top of that, she possesses control over two Haki types, the Color of Observation and the Color of Arms.
When it comes to the Color of Arms, fans have seen her use this skill on her brass knuckles which she uses in combat often. She was able to injure Sanji greatly with her Haki. In fact, she also used this power against Nico Robin, when she punched her repeatedly and injured her to a point where she could barely stand.
7 Who's Who
Haki Type: Armament, Observation
Believed to be one of the strongest members of the Tobiroppo, Who's Who possessed great control over Haki on top of his Saber Tooth Tiger Devil Fruit. His Haki was incredible and could even poke holes in Jinbe, who was using Haki to defend himself.
Who's Who possesses above-average usage of Armament Haki. His Observation Haki doesn't seem to be all that impressive.
6 Drake
Haki Type: Armament, Observation
Another member of the Tobiroppo, Drake is likely the best user of Haki in the group. He possesses the power of the Ancient Zone Allosaurus Devil Fruit and it is quite remarkable. He also possesses the power to use both Color of Observation and Armament.
One Piece: Strongest Characters Ace Defeated
Ace has defeated many enemies throughout his adventures in One Piece.
He utilized this power when he knocked down one of the Numbers. The combined strength of his Devil Fruit ability and Haki was equal to Luffy's Gear 4: Kong Gun, and that certainly paints quite a picture.
5 Ulti
Haki Type: Armament, Observation
While Ulti might not be the best Tobiroppo overall, she certainly possesses great control over Haki. She has the ability to use Observation Haki and, at the same time, she can use Armament Haki as well, which he seems to have good control over.
Her Armament Haki was such that she could force Luffy into Gear 4th if the two engaged in an extended battle. Furthermore, Ulti could knock out most individuals with her powerful headbutts and all of that was down to her Haki combined with her Devil Fruit powers.
4 Jack
Haki Type: Armament, Observation
One of the All Stars, Jack was a billion-berry pirate with the powers of a Mammoth Zoan Devil Fruit. It goes without saying that Jack possesses above-average control over Haki. Even though he's mostly reliant on his Devil Fruit, Jack has access to both Armament and Observation Haki.
His Armament Haki, in particular, appears to be strong. However, it was still inferior to Ashura Doji, who could cleanly slice through his sickle blades and cut him across the chest.
3 Queen
Haki Type: Armament, Observation
Queen the Plague is a powerful Brachiosaurus Zoan Devil Fruit User and he's also a skilled user of both Armament and Observation Haki.
Queen seems to possess great mastery in Armament Haki and he has displayed this while fighting against Sanji, where he blocked some of his most powerful kicks. Queen might not specialize in any Haki type, however, his control over this ability is certainly above average.
2 King
Haki Type: Armament, Observation
Similar to Queen, King does not possess mastery in any Haki type, however, he is a decent user of both Armament and Observation Haki.
He has been seen utilizing the power against Zoro in combat. King's Haki was certainly inferior to that of Zoro and, in the end, he was overwhelmed by him in combat.
1 Kaido
Haki Type: Armament, Observation, Conqueror's
Kaido, the captain of the crew, possesses the strongest Haki in the Beast Pirates, by far. He possesses control over all three Haki types and he has advanced them all, making him one of the only two pirates to achieve this feat.
Kaido can look into the future, send Haki from a distance and deal internal damage, and even infuse attacks with Conqueror's Haki. Overall, he's an impeccable user of and one of the strongest pirates to have ever lived.
