Ever since Shanks was taken by the crew at the God Valley Incident, the Holy Knights kept trying to get him back from them, only to be thwarted at every opportunity to do so. Although they never outright fought, the God Valley Incident saw Whitebeard and Big Mom on the run from Garp, where the former cut through a forest and, in the process, cut down St. Satchels Maffey with barely any effort. Later on, Rocks was shown to defeat much of the whole team just by himself, which not only spoke to his incredible power, but also the lack of danger they posed to his crew.

The biggest thing going for them is the captain himself; Kaido. The King of the Beasts is one of the most powerful characters ever introduced within One Piece, and his mastery of all facets of Haki proves that the Holy Knights would pose every little danger to him. Just as how Rocks was able to defeat most of the team by himself, Kaido can surely do so as well.

The Red Hair Pirates Are Insanely Powerful

Despite being the crew closest to the Straw Hats themselves, the Red Hair Pirates remain one of the most mysterious groups in the setting. However, it is known that their captain, Shanks, is among the strongest characters in the setting, so any individual member of the Holy Knights wouldn't even be a challenge for him.
One thing about the Red Hair Pirates is that they currently have the highest overall bounty of any crew, and much of that is because the members all have very similar bounties due to how close they are in power. With that taken into consideration, it's clear that members such as Benn Beckman and Lucky Roux and the others would defeat the Holy Knights.

As the highest authority in the World Government and the leaders of the organization on the face of it, the 5 Elders are easily stronger than the Holy Knights. This is because their strength is the same as theirs in terms of invulnerability, but they also have the strange Yokai transformations on top of this.
The reason for this are the contracts that have been bestowed upon both groups by Imu, with the Holy Knights sporting the Deep Sea Covenant and the 5 Elders having the Abyssal Covenant, the latter of which is the greatest of them all. Though they both have invulnerability, the Elders have better overall power and Yokai forms, which definitely puts them even higher than their subordinates.

Although this claim is speculative, it's quite clear that the story is building up Joyboy and his potential crew as the strongest group that the world of One Piece has ever seen. Fans got a glimpse of this legendary figure's power during the Egghead arc, where the hero's dormant Haki from centuries ago was enough to overwhelm the 5 Elders and affect Imu from a world away.
As such, it's quite easy to see that the rest of Joyboy's crew was likely around the same power level as him, since this is a trend that is seen with the rest of the strongest groups in the setting. Once this legendary crew is finally shown, the power scaling landscape of the series will never be the same again.
