The Giants have some of the strongest people in the One Piece world, given that they are absolutely massive in size. Over the years, the Giants have been known to have terrorized the world, specifically through their pirate crews. Naturally, the pirates within the ranks of the Giants gain high bounties.
While fans have not seen much of the Giants and, as a result, know very little about what individuals in their ranks hold high bounties, there are certainly a few bounties that Oda has revealed already, and some of them are incredibly high.
Scotch and Cool
- Bounty: 20 Million Berries Each
Scotch and Cool are members of an unknown race of Giants that fans have not been properly introduced to in the series. They were revealed as the Yeti Cool Brothers in the Punk Hazard arc of One Piece. It was also revealed that Scotch and Cool have a bounty of 20 million berries on their heads. They're both quite skilled assassins, given that they did manage to get the job done against the Straw Hat Pirates once.
Their skill with espionage is immense, and they can sneak up on just about anyone without them even noticing that they're there. Just based on that, they deserve a bounty higher than just 20 million berries, at the very least.
Sanjuan Wolf
- Bounty: At Least 100 Million Berries
Sanjuan Wolf is an incredibly powerful Giant who fans know to be a member of the Blackbeard Pirates. Currently, he serves as the 7th Ship Captain of the Blackbeard Pirates, which just goes to show how strong he truly is. Sanjuan Wolf was once kept locked in Impel Down Level 6. Given that Level 5 prisoners have a bounty of 100 million berries, at the very least, fans can assume that Sanjuan Wolf has a bounty higher than 100 million.
His exact bounty has not been revealed in the series, but, since he has been incredibly active over the last 2 years, it has likely grown tremendously and should be around the 500 million berry mark. This is especially true because he has a very problematic Devil Fruit, called the Deka Deka no Mi, which allows him to grow even further in size and essentially destroy Islands with ease.
Morley
- Bounty: 293 Million Berries
Morley is a Giant that fans were introduced to after the events of the Whole Cake Island Arc of One Piece. Morley is incredibly powerful, but that shouldn't come as a surprise to any fan, giving that they are a Giant. They also have a very powerful Paramecia type of Devil Fruit, called the Oshi Oshi no Mi, which allows him to manipulate the ground around them as if it were malleable like clay.
Morley also possesses tremendous physical strength, even though they claim to have the heart of a maiden. Fans also know Morley to have a very high bounty of 293 million berries. Among all the Commanders of the Revolutionary Army, Morley has the lowest bounty, but given that they were seen fighting against Green Bull in Marijoa, it is safe to say that Morley fights fairly well. Oda hasn't revealed Morley’s true strength yet, and fans will definitely get a proper glimpse of it later down the line.
Little Oars Jr
- Bounty: 550 Million Berries
Little Oars Jr is from a special race of Giants, called the Ancient Giants. Fans have not seen many Giants belonging to this particular race, but the ones that Oda has shown have proven themselves to be tremendously overpowered. Little Oars Jr was affiliated with the Whitebeard Pirates, and he played a significant role in the Paramount War. There, Little Oars Jr opened up the way for the Whitebeard Pirates to the plaza, not once, but twice.
He showed tremendous resilience and strength, and it is a known fact that he is a monstrously powerful force to be reckoned with. Little Oars Jr had a bounty of 550 million berries, which was the highest known bounty before the timeskip that he shared with Ace.
Dorry and Brogy
- Bounty: 1.8 Billion Berries
Undoubtedly, one of the highest bounties that any Giant has had in One Piece belongs to Dorry and Brogy. These Giants were recently revealed to have absolutely staggering bounties of 1.8 billion berries each. This makes sense, given that they are the Co-Captains of the Giant Warrior Pirates, which are a legendary group known to have terrorized the world hundreds of years ago. When they were first introduced in the story, their bounty was only 100 million berries each. But, this was issued over a century ago, and accounting for inflation, the reward was reissued upon their return to the Warland, Elbaf.
Now that the Giant Warrior Pirates have banded together once again, these bounties have become a symbol of their tremendous might. Their strength is absolutely magnificent, given that they can sink islands with their might, and wield Haki of the highest order. Dorry and Brogy have two types of Haki, those being Observation and Armament. Their powers are such that they could even clash with the Elders on Egghead, and that is yet another indication of the fact that they possess great might. Unfortunately, Dorry and Brogy have fallen prey to Imu's Domi Reversi in Elbaf.
Prince Loki
- Bounty: 2.6 Billion Berries (Special)
Loki has the highest bounty of any Giant in the world of One Piece. Known to have been born monstrously powerful, Loki continued to grow at a blistering pace, and eventually, he got so strong that even the land of Elbaf began to fear his power. 14 years ago, Loki ate the National Treasure of Elbaf, which was a legendary Devil Fruit. On top of that, Loki also gained the power of Ragnir, a hammer with the power to turn into a squirrel. With Ragnir and his Devil Fruit, Loki is essentially invincible. It must also be remembered that Loki has access to the incredibly powerful Conqueror's Haki, with which he can coat his entire body and boost his offensive and defensive powers to a whole new level.
When Harald died, Loki set out to sea to avenge him. He wreaked havoc across the seas and eventually went on to get the attention of the World Government. At this point, the Government put a 2.6 billion berries bounty on him. This bounty is also said to be special, although the reason remains unknown. Nobody in the world could stop Loki, until he ran into Shanks 6 years ago, who then defeated him and brought him back to the land of Elbaf, likely for his own good.
