Saint Sommers is the Perfect Opponent
Zoro is definitely one of the most beloved One Piece characters, as he’s been by Luffy’s side from the very beginning of the story. Zoro, being one of the strongest Straw Hat Pirates, almost always gets a fight whenever trouble brews. Besides Luffy, Zoro definitely gets the most fights in the crew, and in Elbaf, an opponent he might take on has appeared.
Right now on Elbaf, the main threat seems to be the Holy Knights, a powerful group of Celestial Dragons that are a threat to the island, especially the children, whom they want to kidnap. On Elbaf, there are a few Holy Knights. With Shamrock having left, three of them, Gunko, Saint Sommers, and Saint Killingham pose a massive threat. As Holy Knights, they are definitely all powerful and the Straw Hats will have to tread carefully.
One of these three might be Zoro’s opponent. The most likely opponent for Zoro out of these is Saint Sommers. Saint Killingham seems to be a better fit for Sanji to fight, as he could be speed speed-based and aerial fighter, and Gunko is a woman and far from a swordsman so Zoro wouldn’t be too keen on fighting her either.
Saint Sommers is definitely the best option as he’s the only one carrying a sword. Zoro almost always fights swordsmen, so this fight seems like the most obvious thing to happen. There might be more enemies that will show up on Elbaf, but for now, who Zoro will fight seems set on Sommers.

The Power To Make The Worst Fears Come True
Saint Sommers has yet to show his full power, but fans already have an idea of what he can do. Saint Sommers seems to possess a powerful Paramecia Devil Fruit, so far unnamed, that can exploit people’s fears. His Devil Fruit makes someone’s worst fear come to reality, which is definitely an overpowered ability. This would definitely be interesting, and most importantly, would greatly help with Zoro’s character development since he's very lacking in that department, especially in the post-timeskip. Zoro could face his worst fear, which could be tied to Kuina.

Besides his devil fruit, Saint Sommers should definitely be a powerful swordsman with a good mastery of Haki. It’s unknown how powerful the Holy Knights will be, but one thing is for sure, they can’t be weaker than whoever the Straw Hats have fought before. Zoro's last main fight was against King the Wildfire, one of Kaido’s three right-hand men. With that in mind, it wouldn’t be crazy to assume that Saint Sommers is above King in power. The Holy Knights that are on Elbaf could be around the power level of an Admiral.
