However, the Rokushiki abilities are not unique to them. In fact, in the world of One Piece, there are quite a lot of pirates who can utilize this power as well.
6 Charlotte Newji, Newsan, And Newgo
Pirate Crew: Big Mom Pirates
Much to the surprise of the fans, there are quite a few individuals within the Big Mom Pirates who can utilize certain aspects of the Rokushiki. The Charlotte Decouplets, who fans saw towards the end of the Whole Cake Island Arc, have the ability to utilize this power.
In the manga, which is, of course, the canon material, only three of the decouplets showed the ability to use Geppo, which allows them to kick hard enough so they can fly. These individuals are, of course, Charlotte Newji, the second member of the decouplets, Newsan, the third member of the decouplets, and of course, Newgo, the 5th member of the decouplets.
All of them have the ability to utilize Geppo, which makes them very skilled aerial fighters. In the anime, nearly all members of the decouplets have the ability to use Geppo, however, this is, of course, non-canon.
5 Charlotte Yuen
Pirate Crew: Big Mom Pirates
Another individual in the Big Mom Pirates who has the ability to utilize Geppo or Moonwalk is Charlotte Yuen. Fans know Yuen to be quite a powerful individual, however, certainly not the strongest in the pirate crew.
Despite that, he is capable of utilizing this amazing martial art. On Cacao Island, he was seen utilizing this ability against Sanji, and then hitting him hard enough to make him crash down to the surface. It is unknown if he can utilize any other Rokushiki technique, however, he will certainly be a master of Geppo.
4 Sanji
Pirate Crew: Straw Hat Pirates
The cook of the Straw Hat Pirates, Sanji is a master of some of the Rokushiki techniques as well, and, as fans know, Geppo is one of them. In his case, Sanji calls it Skywalk, and this ability is far more advanced than the regular Geppo.

It appears to be much better, and at the same time, Sanji can even utilize it underwater, calling it Blue Walk instead. Sanji is the best user of Geppo that fans have seen in the series and his skill only continues to grow as the story progresses further.
3 Luffy
Pirate Crew: Straw Hat Pirates
The captain of the Straw Hat Pirates, Luffy has the ability to utilize quite a few of the Rokushiki techniques, and of course, this is down to his amazing Devil Fruit. When Luffy first saw Soru being utilized by the members of the CP9, he immediately figured out a way to use it in combat.
Luffy started pumping blood faster in his body to copy the physical movements of the CP9 agents. He successfully managed to copy Soru with this amazing technique, and later down the line, Luffy even managed to utilize the power of Geppo in Gear 4, which allows him to kick the air fast enough for him to completely fly. Another aspect of the Rokushiki that Luffy can utilize is Tekkai, which he accomplishes with Gear 4: Bounceman, which gives him the ability to bounce off most damage.
2 Vergo
Pirate Crew: Donquixote Pirates
Vergo is quite a unique case as he was a part of the Marines for quite a long time. He was known to be the commander of the G5 base of the Marines, and it was during his time as a Vice Admiral of the Navy that he gained the ability to utilize the Rokushiki techniques. However, in reality, Vergo was always a pirate who was working undercover for Donquixote Doflamingo, and giving him information as a member of the Navy.
When it comes to his strength and skill, Virgo was quite powerful, second only to Doflamingo in the pirate crew. His strength was immaculate and his skill as a fighter was even greater than that of Smoker during the punk hazard ark.

Pirate Crew: Beasts Pirates
A member of the Tobirppo of the Beast Pirates, Who's Who is a very powerful individual who was once a member of the CP9 himself. In fact, his talent was compared to that of Rob Lucci, however, when Shanks stole the Gomu Gomu no Mi from his ship, he was punished for it and imprisoned in Marijoa.
One day, he escaped, and decided to become a pirate. Of course, he has put his skills to good use since then, joining Kaido and helping him become the Pirate King. Who's Who is a full master of the Six Powers, becoming the most complete pirate utilizing the ability of the Rokushiki.
