Supreme King Haki is certainly one of the most dangerous powers to exist in the world of One Piece. Fans have seen this ability being utilized on many occasions throughout the story, and, in the post-timeskip of One Piece, specifically in the Wano Country Arc and onwards, this Haki type has been given quite a lot of attention. This is simply done to the fact that Supreme King Haki is one of the strongest weapons that one can wield in the story.

Haki is a valuable ability in One Piece. But, some characters are pretty bad at using Haki.
Of course, fans know that utilizing this power is not for everyone. In fact, only one in a million people are born with this power, and even among those who are born with it, only a handful manage to truly awaken it. While there are many in the world of One Piece who are unaware of their hidden Conqueror's Haki, there are also those who have already awakened it but have not shown it in the series yet, for one reason or another.

Dragon is one of the strongest characters in One Piece. He is the Supreme Commander of the Revolutionary Army, and certainly one of the most dangerous figures in the entire world. Dragon is the son of Garp, and the father of Luffy. Given that he is the leader of one of the biggest factions in the entire world, a character such as him deserves the power of Supreme King Haki.
At the same time, fans know that both Garp and Luffy wield the Color of the Supreme King with great might. It would be incredibly bizarre for Dragon to not have this power, and fans can rest assured that he will be one of the strongest users of the Supreme King Haki in the entirety of One Piece.
5 Imu
The Sovereign Of the Whole World

The sovereign of the world, Imu is a character who will most certainly display the power of Supreme King Haki as well. This doesn't surprise any fan, especially knowing that all of Imu's powerful subordinates, that is, the Five Elders, possess the ability to utilize this incredible power. This essentially means that Imu utilizes it as well, and likely at a much higher level.
Imu is the ultimate antagonist of One Piece, and that just means a character such as him must have the highest level of Supreme King Haki up his sleeve.
4 Garling Figarland

Saint Garling Figarland is a rather new character that fans saw in One Piece. He is Shanks’s very own dad, and, at the same time, a very powerful Celestial Dragon. Garling was the Supreme Commander of the God's Knights until recently. However, now, he has been promoted to the rank of an Elder.
Saint Garling is a skilled swordsman who earned the title of Champion long ago in God Valley. Clearly, for a character like him, The power of Supreme King Haki isn't asking for much.
3 Blackbeard
One Of The Yonko In The New World

One of the Four Emperors of the Sea, fans know Blackbeard to be a ferocious power and a force to be reckoned with. Blackbeard is one of the major antagonists of One Piece, and a character who will eventually go on to stand in the path of Luffy.

Blackbeard possesses tremendous might, thanks to his Devil Fruits. At the same time, fans know that he is going to have more than just that as a weapon. Given that he is a Yonko, it shouldn't surprise any fan to know that he possesses high level Supreme King Haki as well.
2 Ben Beckman
The First Mate Of The Red Hair Pirates

Ben Beckman is the First Mate of the Red Hair Pirates and certainly a ferocious individual, who has even been compared to the Admirals in terms of strength. Ben Beckman is a monstrously powerful pirate, whose Haki is said to be tremendous.
Fans know that he wields the Color of Arms and the Color of Observation with great skill. However, right now, he hasn't shown the Color of the Supreme King. Given that Shanks's very own crew is modeled after Roger Pirates, and share similarities with Luffy's own crew, fans know that Ben Beckman is likely to have the Supreme King Haki as well. The fact is that both Rayleigh, Roger's right hand, and Zoro, Luffy's right hand, have the Supreme King Haki. Ben Beckman, who is a similar archetype, will most certainly have Supreme King Haki as well.
1 Mihawk
The World's Greatest Swordsman

The Greatest Swordsman in the World of One Piece, Dracule Mihawk is an incredibly powerful Haki user, and fans have seen that in One Piece already. He possesses the Color of Arms and the Color of Observation up his sleeve. In fact, his Color of Observation is known to be incredibly refined, as was hinted at in the Paramount War.
When it comes to the Color of the Supreme King, fans have not seen this ability from Mihawk just yet. However, any individual holding his title and possessing his level of strength obviously has the Color of the Supreme King. Despite Mihawk not having shown the skill, he will most definitely go on to demonstrate it later down the line.
