Many in the community agree that the Bara Bara no Mi could potentially be one of the most powerful Devil Fruits in the hands of anyone besides Buggy, since he has no desire to improve his skill with it. Buggy is the only one to use this power that is currently known, and the main ability of this fruit is that it allows the user to split their bodies into many pieces in whichever way they choose, making it much more useful than it seems at first glance.

Generally, Haki is the perfect answer to all kinds of defensive Devil Fruits since it can negate some of their greatest attributes, such as the invulnerability of all Logia types. However, Kaido's Uo Uo no Mi, Model: Seiryu is one of the most powerful Devil Fruits in the story, both from an offensive and defensive standpoint, allowing the King of Beasts to wreak untold destruction on entire cities through his many transformations.

For many fans, the Bari Bari no Mi is the best defensive Devil Fruit in the entire series. The main power of this fruit allows the user to create barriers that are almost impossible to get through, no matter how much Haki is used. The best example of this was with the previous user, Kurozumi Semimaru, who used these barriers against one of the most prolific Haki users of all time, Kozuki Oden.

Essentially, this Devil Fruit makes the entire world Law's personal operating table, which is used to its full potential due to his already masterful medical knowledge. Through his signature technique, Room, he controls every aspect of what goes inside an enclosed space that he can create with a single gesture.
