Xebec was an infamous pirate who made the World Government fear his name. He was a member of one of the infamous Davy clan, which was hunted by the World Government. Xebec rose to power at an astonishing rate as he defeated an Admiral at a very young age and infiltrated Marijoa on his own. His list of accomplishments goes on and on, and he is said to be the greatest enemy of Roger. Another one of his feats is that he was able to beat Figarland Garling during the God Valley Incident.
