The Straw Hat Grand Fleet was first formed at the end of the Dressrosa arc. The likes of Bartolomeo, Cavendish, Don Sai, and Hajrudin, among others, decided to join hands and create a Straw Hat Grand Fleet loyal to Luffy. Together, they vowed to come to Luffy's aid whenever needed, and aid him in the quest to become the Pirate King. The aid from the Straw Hat Grand Fleet has yet to come into effect, and at the moment, it's still a rather weak group.

Zoro and Sanji are strong, but at the moment, they are still outclassed by these One Piece characters.
However, with the Final Saga having kick-started, Oda might add some powerful groups to it to help Luffy in his final battle against Imu. The Straw Hat Grand Fleet is going to grow massively in the Final Saga, and fans absolutely cannot wait to see newer members.
Jewelry Bonney

Jewelry Bonney has been a fan favorite character in the Final Saga of One Piece. Bonney returned to the story after a long absence in the Egghead Island arc. Since Egghead and the events unfolding with Kuma, Bonnney has been traveling with the Straw Hat Pirates, and at the moment, she is also with them in Elbaf.
While some hope that Bonney will officially join the Straw Hat Pirates as a member of the crew, it's more likely that she, alongside Kuma and Lilith, will instead join in the Straw Hat Grand Fleet. Bonney would be a great power boost to the Grand Fleet as she has the broken ability of Toshi Toshi no Mi, which even grants her access to Gear 5.
Dorry and Brogy

Dorry and Brogy are legendary Giant warriors. The Straw Hat crew first met them all the way back in Little Garden. Dorry and Brogy were definitely impressive back then, but fans never thought that they would be making such a massive return in the Final Saga.
Dorry and Brogy saved the crew in Egghead, but now, sadly, they have been turned into demonic slaves by Imu. The Straw Hat Pirates have to fight and somehow free them from this curse. After that, it is possible that the Giant Pirates will join the Straw Hat Grand Fleet and help Luffy in his final battle as one of the strongest armies in the whole world.
Loki
- Current Affiliation: Elbaf
- Debut: Elbaf Arc
Loki is the Accursed Prince of Elbaf and a character who was first mentioned on Whole Cake Island. Fans finally got to meet Loki in Elbaf, and it's clear to see he is one of the most impressive fighters in the whole series. Loki, with his Ancient Giant blood, Ragnir, and legendary Devil Fruit, is a force of nature and someone who is absolutely needed in the Final Saga of One Piece.
At the moment, he is the only character shown to be able to completely kill someone bound by a demonic contract with Imu. While my fans definitely believe Loki is joining the crew, it could be that Oda instead plans for him to join his brother Hajurdin in the Grand Fleet.
Momonosuke

- Debut: Punk Hazard Arc
Momonosuke is a character who traveled for quite a few arcs with the Straw Hat crew, starting all the way back in Punk Hazard. He was certainly not a fan favorite for a while, but his role in Wano elevated his character and forced the fans to change their minds about him.
Momonosuke is definitely growing stronger at the moment, especially after being aged up by Shinobu. He has the same powers as Kaido, and that makes him a huge asset. If he learns Haki, he could be a powerful ally in the final battle and could take up Wano's army to assist Luffy.
Red Scabbards

If Momonosuke is to join the Straw Hat Grand Fleet, then of course, so will his most trusted warriors, the Red Scabbards. The Red Scabbards and the Straw Hat Pirates have a long history dating back to Punk Hazard, when Luffy first helped Kin’emon.
The Red Scabbards owe the Straw Hats a lot, and they will definitely be there to fight alongside them in the final war when Luffy needs them most.
Yamato

Yamato was a surprising addition to the Wano Arc, and fans finally got to meet them during the Onigashima Raid. While fans first expected Yamato, Kaido's child, to be an enemy, they turned out to be a major ally.

Yamato wants to be just like Oden and set out to sea. But, they couldn't do that with the Straw Hat Pirates, despite them wanting to join the crew initially. However, now, with Momonosuke growing stronger, Yamato could soon be leaving Wano behind. Oda has already sent up Yamato to build their own crew, and two members have already joined in Ulti and Page One. Yamato's new crew could be important in the Final war. After all, Yamato is quite a strong warrior and proficient Conqueror Haki user.
Charlotte Katakuri

Charlotte Katakuri is easily a fan favorite One Piece antagonist, acting as one of the major enemies faced during Whole Cake Island. Despite being an antagonist, Katakuri and Luffy share an interesting tie, and the two definitely have to meet again someday, not as enemies, but as allies instead.
Katakuri’s current power level isn’t enough for the Final Saga, but he has a lot of room to grow, and as the next potential Big Mom Pirates captain, he could choose to assist Luffy in the Final War and join his Straw Hat Grand Fleet.
Boa Hancock

Boa Hancock is one of the most overpowered characters in One Piece, with her Mero Mero no Mi and powerful Haki. Despite being set up as an enemy at first, Hancock ended up becoming a major ally of Luffy.
Oda showed Amazon Lily not too long ago in the One Piece manga, and it's clear that Boa Hancock is planning to leave the island and set out to find Luffy. Hancock is going to find Luffy for one major reason, and that's to join him in his future battles. She certainly won't join the Straw Hat Pirates. Instead, her crew, the Kuja, will come under the protection of Yonko Straw Hat Luffy. The Kuja, being Haki users, and Hancock, being an overpowered fighter with Conqueror's Haki, would be the perfect addition to the Straw Hat Grand Fleet.
