The Cross Guild is a new organization that was recently established in the world of One Piece following the dissolution of the Shichibukai system. To the world, it appears as if Buggy was the one who established the Cross Guild, however, the true leaders of the group are none other than Sir Crocodile and Dracule Mihawk, both members of the Shichibukai at one point.
As this organization is new to the One Piece world, several others will look to join them soon and there are quite a few intriguing names that might be interested.
7 Edward Weevil
Edward Weevil was introduced in the story after the two-year time skip. He's known to be a menacing force and his strength was compared to that of a young Whitebeard. He was made a Shichibukai after his bounty reached 480 million berries recently.
With the dissolution of the system, he is now hunted by the Navy. Weevil would certainly need protection from the Navy and the Cross Guild would be the perfect place for him to be. His strength would be a real asset to the organization and, in return, he would get protection.
6 Miss Bakkin

Miss Bakkin is Edward Weevil's mother and claims to be the lover of the former Yonko, Edward Newgate. Bakkin is known to have been a pirate long ago, however, very little is known about her currently. It is believed that she was once a member of the Rocks Pirates, but this hasn't been explicitly confirmed so far.
She always accompanies Weevil wherever he goes and fills his head with her manipulative ideas. Bakkin appears to be quite smart and, if Weevil were to join the Cross Guild, it would certainly be her idea.
5 Donquixote Doflamingo
Doflamingo is one of the former Shichibukai, just like Crocodile and Mihawk. After his fall in Dressrosa, he was imprisoned in Level 6 of Impel Down. While Doflamingo is still there, in the future, another break-out could happen. If that were to be the case, the best place for him to go to would be the Cross Guild.
Doflamingo cannot return to Dressrosa as he would be hunted by the Navy. It is quite likely for him to join this organization, given that he has some sort of a relationship with Crocodile, at the very least.
4 Bon Clay
Bon Clay, just like Doflamingo, is currently in Impel Down. He was imprisoned there after the events of the Alabasta arc. When Luffy broke into the prison, he helped the Straw Hat make an escape using his Devil Fruit powers. Currently, he is the Queen of Level 5.5 in Impel Down.
If a breakout were to happen, Bon Clay will certainly escape and the first place for him to go could probably be the Cross Guild. He also has a connection to Galdino and Crocodile already from his Baroque Works days so for him to head here wouldn't be all that unlikely.
3 Gecko Moria
Gecko Moria is another former member of the Shichibukai who was taken down by Luffy during the Thriller Bark arc. After the two-year time skip, he moved to the New World and was recently seen trying to rescue his partner, Absalom, from the Blackbeard Pirates. His fate remains unknown at the moment.
If he managed to survive Blackbeard's wrath in some way, the safest place for him to go to would be the Cross Guild. This would also see the organization become a hub for the former Warlords of the Sea, which is certainly quite an interesting idea.
2 Perona
Perona is a former member of the Thriller Bark Pirates. After her short encounter with Kuma, she was sent to Kuraigana Island where she spent 2 years with Mihawk. The two recently went their own ways after their island was surrounded by the Navy.
Perona wanted to find Moria, however, her current location remains unknown. If Moria ends up joining the Cross Guild, it is highly likely that Perona will follow him, especially since she already has a relationship with Mihawk.
1 Marco
Marco is the former First Division Commander of the Whitebeard Pirates and an incredibly powerful fighter. After the disbandment of the Whitebeard Pirates, Marco has retired from piracy. He was recently seen in the Onigashima War aiding Luffy in the fight against Kaido and his Beasts Pirates. Marco seems to have returned to Sphinx Island. Interestingly, this island certainly needs protection, and joining the Cross Guild would certainly allow Marco to take care of it.
