Her fighting style was exactly the same, and just like Hancock, she was the most beautiful, even though she wasn't the Empress at the time. The fact that she could hold up against Roger, Rayleigh, and Gaban is proof of the fact that Hancock, who has most definitely surpassed all previous Empresses, can as well.

She can petrify anyone, and fans know very well that she is an extremely powerful Haki user. In fact, Hancock having advanced Conqueror's Haki is a given. Even though her bounty is just 1.659 billion berries, Hancock should be close to the Yonko of the One Piece world, and she's definitely the World's Strongest Woman.
