Starting the Quest

You can begin the quest by heading over to the Lighthouse, which is located near Meyer’s Market in the Broken Delta Region. The approximate coordinates for the location are 6539, -6976.

After reaching the destination, climb to the top floor and look at the expedition notes. This will begin the quest, and mark three spots on your map. The purpose of these spots is to help you find Rosetta’s Research Documents.

Finding the First Document: the Environmental Security Records

To locate the first document, you must reach the Lighthouse on a ship, just off the coast. You can use two methods to reach your destination:

  1. Climb the nearby striped tower and glide down towards the ship.
  2. Jump from the peak of the Lighthouse and glide directly towards the ship.

You’ll find the first document placed at the front end of the ship.

Finding the Second Document: Army Records

You’ll locate the second document at the Rosetta Army Base. However, you must solve an optical puzzle (located at the side of a building within the Base) to access this document. Match the picture on the building with its other half (located on the shipping container). Once the picture aligns perfectly, a path will appear. Go inside to claim your second document.

Finding the Third Document: Medical Record

You’ll acquire the third document on the first floor of Rosetta Laboratory. Here, you’ll find a computer that brings up yet another puzzle. Solve it by rotating the pieces until they align perfectly with each other.

The final document will present itself after successful completion of the puzzle.

Completing the Quest

The next step involves heading to Meyer’s Market and looking for Claire or Maxie and handing them the documents.

It doesn’t matter who you give it to from the above-mentioned characters, either one will complete the quest and reward you with the same items.
