Using a Blackfell Extraction Permit in Once Human — Once Human Blackfell Extraction Permit use

The description of Blackfell Extraction Permits states that they can be used to operate Blackfell Refineries, which are found all over the map. They have their own map markers, so they shouldn't be hard to spot. You can use your Blackfell Extraction Permits to activate these Refineries (otherwise known as Workshops) and trigger a defense event where enemies will continuously spawn and swarm your position. Complete the event to get rewards.

One such refinery can be found in the Eastern Railway Junction POI in Broken Delta. Inside one of the depots is a Production Facility, which you can interact with and activate. This particular workshop yields Acid and vehicle fuel — the higher the rarity of the Blackfell Extraction Permit you use, the better the rewards you get. The duration of the event will also increase, however, so bring plenty of ammo and get ready for a fight.

Where To Get Blackfell Extraction Permits

As of writing, there's no guaranteed way to get Blackfall Extraction Permits. You can obtain them as random drops when opening chests in Strongholds and Securement Silos, though the drop rates are very low. The best way to get permits is to simply explore Strongholds like Holt Town in Once Human and make sure to get all the chests in them. Specifically, they can be obtained from Gear and Weapon Crates.

If you're playing with a group, everyone who participates in the event will get rewards. Keep in mind that the incoming waves of enemies may be too much for a single player to handle. If you can, place traps, mines, and turrets to help stem the tide. Blackfall Extraction Permits will be consumed after they are used, so you'll want to make sure that every run is successful.
