When it comes to fighting Once Human's big world bosses, players will need to bring all the firepower they can get their hands on. Gatling Cannons can make Prime War attempts much easier, giving players the opportunity to bombard incoming monsters with
Biomass Missile and their stronger cousins, Red Plasma Rounds.
The better players perform in a Prime War, the more rewards they get, which is why Red Plasma Rounds might be something people may want to bring during their next attempt. This isn't something that everyone can do, however, as Once Human's Specializations system might make things hard even for those who really want to use this special ammo type.
Once Human: How To Find Mushrooms
Can't figure out where to find Mushrooms in Once Human? This guide has you covered.
How To Make Red Plasma Rounds In Once Human
The recipe for crafting Red Plasma Rounds is unlocked by getting the Specialization of the same name, similar to how you can get Nalcott Easter Eggs in Once Human. It has a random chance of appearing every time players get a new Specialization slot. Red Plasma Rounds may also appear when a Specialization slot is reset. As long as you have
Specialization Cleaner, you can keep re-rolling an unwanted perk until you get the ones you want.
Red Plasma Rounds Recipe
Red Plasma Rounds are crafted at an
Advanced Synthesis Bench using the following materials:
-
30
Tungsten Ingot
-
125
Stardust Source
- 4 Barreled Premium Fuel
You'll need all of these resources for a single Red Plasma shot, making this ammo type extremely expensive. Not only will you need to farm Workshop Defense and Securement Silos for Premium Fuel and Stardust, but you'll also need to farm a ton of Acid in Once Human to make
Tungsten Ingots. Thankfully,
Acid can be brewed at home, provided you have the necessary equipment.
How To Use Red Plasma Rounds
Once you've crafted your ammo, mount any Gatling Cannon, then press RMB to fire Red Plasma instead of the regular
Biomass Missile. This will automatically consume any Red Plasma Rounds in your inventory.
This ammo type is significantly stronger than
Biomass Missile, but it is much more expensive as stated above. A single player won't be able to make enough Red Plasma Rounds to completely replace
Biomass Missile, so it's best to build a mix of both.
Joining a Warband in Once Human often leads to better organization when it comes to Prime War attempts. Players can pool their resources and create even more
Biomass Missile and Red Plasma Rounds, making world boss fights much easier.
