All Characters in Octopath Traveler 0 & How To Recruit Them
The following is a list of all Permanent Party Members players can recruit throughout the adventure. The third row shows location and unlock conditions for their recruitment.
Most of these conditions imply completing a certain chapter of the Main Story, or being at a certain location during the completion of X Quest.
The Quest Tab of the main menu will show recruitment opportunities for most characters as 'Secondary Quests,' so players need to pay attention to these to avoid missing a recruitment chance.
