One of the most effective ways that players can protect themselves is by barricading doorways throughout the buildings they occupy. In order to achieve this, you'll need to know how to build and use barricades in No More Room In Hell 2, as they will buy you precious time to complete tasks and make it out alive.
No More Room In Hell 2: How To Play With Friends
Players can enlist the help of their friends in No More Room In Hell 2 to work together and make it out of the game alive.
How To Get Barricades In No More Room In Hell 2
To use barricades in No More Room In Hell 2, players will first need to get their hands on Barricade Stacks, which are essentially just small piles of wooden planks that can be used to reinforce doors. Much like Bandages and Medkits that you will need to heal you or your teammates, Barricade Stacks can be found inside buildings within the various landmarks throughout the game's enormous map.
Barricade Stacks are much larger than the supplies you'll need to find to boost your character's XP or any of the other collectible items in the game, and you'll generally find them on benchtops or tables, as opposed to the shelves where most items can be collected from. Thankfully, there will be an outline of the item and a pop-up with text to help you identify the items, so you can decide if you want to add them to your inventory or not.
How To Use Barricades In No More Room In Hell 2
As the name suggests, Barricade Stacks are used to create barricades, which will slow the advance of the undead through doorways. They can be used on closed doors and open doorways alike, and are relatively easy to construct.
To build a barricade, simply approach the doorway you wish to reinforce and hold the E key. It will only take a couple of seconds to construct, then the doorway will be a little harder for the undead to pass through. It is worth noting that doors with barricades will be inaccessible to players as well, so be sure to communicate with your fellow Responders so they don't end up locked out and vulnerable against incoming zombies.
