Nioh 3 is filled with various collectibles and points of interest that reward the player with items or Hair Locks, which are basically skill points in this soulslike game. One of the many POEs is the Six Jizo Statues, which players will encounter in almost every region of the map. These are a collection of statues that the protagonist can pray to.
Players will encounter a Six Jizo in the Water Mill area of Maisaka, which cannot be interacted with because something is missing. Here's where you can find the missing head for the statue in Nioh 3.
Nioh 3 Review
With its Ninja style, Style Shift system, and open-field design, Nioh 3 pushes movement and player freedom further than any entry before it.
Where to Find the Six Jizo Statue Head in Water Mill in Nioh 3
After exploring parts of the region and grabbing the collectibles in this soulslike, all the remaining stuff is revealed on the map, making it easy to find and track them. The Six Jizo Statue in Maisaka is inside the Water Mill area. Look to the right of the Shrine to find a lever that closes the drawbridge, lowering the water level and providing a path across.
There are a few enemies on the other side, but only two that you have to deal with on the path to the Six Jizo Statue. Kill the Yokai standing on top of the rock first, and then go forward to find a water creature.
In the same area is the Six Jizo Statue, but it is missing a head, and you are unable to mark this off the map until you find the head and put it back in the right place. Do not worry, as you don't have to explore much or lower the water level further for this headpiece. While facing the Six Jizo Statue, look to your right to spot a rock platform that you can double jump to get on top of. Here you will find the headpiece that you must carry back to the Statues and complete this interaction.
Make sure you don't have any enemies aggro'd or chasing you while you carry the head piece, otherwise they will interrupt you constantly and might even knock you out.
Once you are done with this Statue, you can find another lever that fully lowers the water, and you can go down to find the Lesser Crucible inside the cave.
