Aside from the various collectibles that players will be exploring the map to collect and checking out the different points of interest, there are also quests. These quests, or Myths as they are called in Nioh 3, are quite small in most cases but involve players completing either a request from an NPC/fading ghost, or exploring a dungeon to get rid of the Yokai inside.
One of the early Myths in the game, A Drop of Hope, is one where you have to first find medicine and then a man's family. Here's a complete walkthrough for the quest in Nioh 3.

A Drop of Hope Myth Guide in Nioh 3
While exploring Tenryu River, make your way to the northwest side of the region. Here you will find the ghost of a man who explains to you how he died to a bandit attack and lost the medicine he wanted to take back to his family. After talking to him, head south to the area marked on the map.
Here you will find several enemies in armor trying to loot the bodies and patrolling the area. Deal with all of them and interact with the item in the middle to find Physick.
Your objective will change, and you will now have to take the medicine that you have on you to the man's family. To the north of the Hamamatsu region is a Shrine, and right next to it is the circular zone where you have to search. From the Shrine, head straight towards the zone, and the second house on your right will have a Yokai right outside the house door.
Make use of your Ninja and Samurai style to defeat the mini-boss, Yoki, and head inside to find that the man's family has passed away. After a small scene, you will get the following rewards:
- Hair Lock (Samurai)
- Omamori (Ninja)
- Omamori (Samurai)
