How to Join Akatsuki
The very first and most important condition for becoming a member of Akatsuki in Ninja Time is a high character level. To be more precise, you need to reach at least level 80. This is because the quests you need become available only when you overcome this threshold.

Where to Find Akatsuki Cave

After leaving the Konoha gate, go to the right until you find a river. Then follow it south until you pass a waterfall. Move further and on the right side of the rock, you will find the entrance to Akatsuki Cave. Just look for the Torii gate and talismans.
