How to Get the Lunar Staff in Ninja Gaiden 2 Black Chapter 1
The Lunar Staff is the only weapon you'll find in Ninja Gaiden 2 Black Chapter 1: The Way of the Ninja.
Lunar Staff Location:
You'll find the Lunar Staff about halfway through the first chapter. You'll know when you are about to reach it, as you'll encounter the first fireball-throwing enemies just outside the temple where the staff is found. Once you take out the enemies, a cutscene will play that is meant to show you the staff in the hands of a statue in the temple. To collect the staff, walk up to the statue and take it.

The Falcon's Talons are the first of two weapons that can be found in Ninja Gaiden 2 Black Chapter 2: Castle of the Dragon.
Falcon's Talons Location:
After running across the water section early in Chapter 2, you'll reach the level's first Earth Dragon save point. After this, you'll walk around a building and enter a courtyard with two structures surrounding it. One of the structures is locked, which is noted when you try to approach it. The Fiend's Bane Bow is the second and final weapon you can find in NG2B Chapter 2.
Fiend's Bane Bow Location:
After making your way up the side of the hill to the large temple, you'll fight several enemies in a large courtyard outside the temple. Once you defeat the enemy group, you'll climb up a makeshift ramp onto the roof of the temple, then fight another group of enemies. Once complete, you'll drop through a burning hole in the roof, landing in a small chamber with two more enemies.
Before exiting this chamber, look at the dragon-head statue mounted on the wall to the left of the exit. You'll find the Fiend's Bane Bow clutched in the mouth of the statue. This weapon cannot be missed, as the door to the next chamber will not open until you collect the bow.

The Vigoorian Flail is the only weapon found in Ninja Gaiden 2 Black Chapter 3: Thunderclap of Catastrophe.
Vigoorian Flail Location:
At the start of Chapter 3, Ryu finds himself in an abandoned portion of New York City. Make sure to collect all the chests, then head toward the massive dead end where the road has caved in, and a long trench goes off in the distance. Here, you'll want to turn left and go to the end of the street. There is a Coffee Shop sign at the desired corner. Make sure you see that, and you'll know you are turning left at the right spot.
At the end of the street, you'll find the chest that contains the Vigoorian Flail. The area's exit is found to the right of the chest. It is a small gate that only moves once you open the chest and collect the weapon.

How to Get Enma's Fang in Ninja Gaiden 2 Black Chapter 4
Enma's Fang Location:
You'll find Enma's Fang – a massive greatsword – after defeating Godomus and reaching the Statue of Liberty. After defeating the fiends on the lawn outside the building, you'll enter the first main chamber, which features several items behind glass. Near the exit, you should see a massive sword on a stand among the items on display. Approach the sword to take it.

Dragon's Claw and Tiger's Fang Location:
These dual katanas are found quite early in Chapter 6: The Aqua Capital. Make your way along the main path until you reach the first Earth Dragon save point. While these weapons are technically missable, they are located in a dead body sitting directly in front of the first save point, so you will not have to go out of your way to find them. Howling Cannon Location:
About two-thirds of the way through Chapter 6, you'll encounter an area called the Wine Cellar. You'll know you are about to reach it when you encounter a fog-covered courtyard with multiple slithering, bladed enemies. After defeating them, jump into the opening above the fountain, and you'll see a long hallway with a chamber on each side. Walk to the end of the hallway, passing through the chamber with the large casks.
You'll be attacked by two large, winged fiends at the end of the hall where you can only turn right. Once you deal with them, make the right turn, and you should see a dead body at the end of the hall. Head to the body and interact with it to pick up the Howling Cannon.

Kusari-gama Location:
After defeating the mid-level boss Gogmagog in the massive bone pile, you'll wall jump up to the skinny dirt path that lines the side of the massive pit. You'll reach a section where the path turns to wood. There is a missing section that requires a wall-run to pass, and you'll find the Kusari-gama on a dead body immediately after landing on the other side of the gap.

Tonfa Location:
After exiting the chamber through the large stairway, you'll come to a stone-tiled room with a large portrait of Volf on the wall. There are numerous enemies in this chamber, and after they are all defeated, a chest will appear beneath the portrait that contains the Tonfa.
