The Xbox Game Pass April 2025 lineup is looking stacked, with six day one games confirmed so far. South of Midnight is coming to Game Pass on April 9, while Commandos: Origins will be joining the service on April 9. Descenders Next will hit Game Pass that same day, followed by Blue Prince on April 10. Tempopo is coming to Game Pass on April 17, and finally, the highly-anticipated Clair Obscur: Expedition 33 is joining Game Pass on April 24. Now yet another game has been confirmed for the Xbox Game Pass April 2025 lineup, though it's not technically a day one release.

It's been confirmed that Towerborne is coming to Xbox Game Pass on April 29. Towerborne first released in Steam Early Access last year, but it's now making its way to Xbox Series X/S consoles through Game Pass. Developed by Banner Saga studio Stoic and published by Xbox, Towerborne is an action-RPG/beat 'em up that will eventually be a free-to-play live-service game. It features local and online co-op features and has been well-received by Steam users. When Towerborne comes to Game Pass on April 29, it will be alongside its big Class Mastery Update, which is set to make significant changes and add new features to the game.
