Bringing the terrors of prehistoric apex predators to life in a thrilling action-adventure experience, players can now get a first look at the monstrous dinosaurs lying in wait in Rip Current.
Classic FPS dinosaur action games with horror elements, such as Turok, remain beloved for blending unique enemies with high-octane gameplay. With a storyline reminiscent of the Jurassic Park and Jurassic World franchises, Rip Current has one special twist that submerges players even deeper into the horror.

In Rip Current, players take on the role of Carter, a special operations contractor who has been tasked with investigating an abrupt cutoff in communications from the underwater facility, Post Salvos. While exploring the sprawling, aquatic research station, players will quickly learn that something has gone terribly wrong during the mysterious projects at Post Salvos, leaving the labs and corridors flooded with water and overrun with creatures. Players will need to navigate through the watery darkness and face off against engineered predators, like the ferocious and relentless Spinosaurus, and try to piece together the tragedy behind the destruction of Post Salvos. From its monstrous enemies to its isolated underwater horror setting, Rip Current seeks to put players to the test, as they uncover the mystery of the failed experiments.
Rip Current features a blend of gunplay and exploration that will challenge each player's ability to defend themselves while also finding clues to what happened at Post Salvos. Limited supplies will force players to think carefully about when to use their minimal ammo and fight or run for their lives and hide from the vicious dinosaurs. Players will also need to swim through the dangerous, infested waters to progress through the facility, as they uncover scientific logs, research files, and the eerie remains of the station's staff.
