At some point after Obito’s ascension into the Ten-Tails Jinchuriki, he gains access to the fabled Sword of Nunoboko, a legendary relic said to have been wielded by Hagoromo Otsutsuki himself. Said to be a world-shaping sword, the weapon is one of the most formidable weapons in Naruto lore, with Ninja Voltage gameplay reflecting this as the Blade Endowed With Destructive Will Attack Card.
Wielded only by Obito Uchiha (Ten Tails Jinchuriki), this card gives him access to the Sword of the Soul technique. When activated, this technique deals massive damage to foes on top of decreasing evasion, as well as applying seal and slowed movement. This ability also ignores Nature resistances.
9 Black Thunder Leopard (Darui)
Despite his limited exposure in the Naruto series, Darui is best known for being the Fourth Raikage’s right-hand man, eventually succeeding him as the Fifth Raikage in the Boruto series. This isn’t all for show, though, as Darui is an exceptionally skilled shinobi, potentially outpacing even other Jonin-ranked characters. Capable of using Black Lightning, Darui is able to significantly boost the abilities of his already-unique Storm Release, something that Ninja Voltage reflects in Black Thunder Leopard.
This Attack Card allows Darui to use Gale Style: Black Hunting, which in the manga is the Storm Release: Black Panther technique. When activated, this unleashes black lightning in the form of a black panther, causing massive damage as well as paralysis, confusion, and the ignoring of Nature resistances.
8 Darkness To Return All To Nothing (Obito Uchiha, Ten Tails Jinchuriki)
When Obito Uchiha seals the Ten-Tails within himself at the height of the Fourth Shinobi World War, he practically becomes its Jinchuriki. This provides him with enough firepower to contend with the likes of Hashirama Senju and the other Hokage, and even rival Madara Uchiha in power. In Ninja Voltage, this is reflected in Obito Uchiha (Ten Tails Jinchuriki) and one of his Ultimates, the Attack Card Darkness To Return All To Nothing.
After activating this, Obito has access to the Lingering Moon. This allows him to summon a ball of pure darkness that deals massive damage to foes, as well as an engulfing madness that seals them and restricts their movement. The attack also massively boosts Obito’s critical hit chance as well as gives him passive HP recovery.
7 Wild Rasen Strike! (Naruto Uzumaki, Nine Tails Chakra Mode)
By the time Naruto Uzumaki and the Nine-Tails Kurama make amends, Naruto is finally able to use the full extent of his new friend’s abilities without the risk of losing control. This results in the Nine Tails Chakra Mode, easily one of the go-to transformations of Naruto whenever he needs a significant boost in power. In the latter stages of the Naruto manga, Madara Uchiha as the descendant of Indra Otsutsuki “reunites” his genetic material with another half coming from the DNA of Hashirama Senju, the descendant of Indra’s brother Asura. As a result, Madara taps the hidden powers of the Six Paths and acquires the Rinnegan, manifesting in Madara Uchiha (Six Paths) that transforms him into one of the most formidable forces in the franchise.

When activated, Madara uses the Skyline Meteor technique, where his sheer chakra control manifests in a meteor shower that deals massive damage on top of decreasing enemy CP. Not only that, Madara gains immunity to status effects for a set timeframe.
5 Uchiha New Year’s Badminton Battle! (Sakura Uchiha, New Year’s Games)
Despite the chaotic nature of life in the Naruto series, happy moments aren’t entirely absent from its characters. This is especially during the era of peace in the Boruto sequel, where the beautiful Sakura Haruno not only married the love of her life, Sasuke Uchiha but even have a child together in the form of Sarada Uchiha. In Ninja Voltage, the family is seen celebrating the New Year’s Games event, where they heartily enjoy a game of badminton.
However, their family moment can also become a source of strength for Sakura Uchiha (New Year’s Games). This manifests through the Uchiha New Year’s Badminton Battle! Attack Card, where Sakura is seen struggling against a one-armed Sasuke in the sport. When activated, the Family Cherry Blossom Clash: Flurry technique is triggered, which not only has Sarada and Sakura attack the ground for massive damage, but also gives Sakura and her allies HP and CP recovery for a time.
4 Sage Art: Tailed Beast Rasen Shuriken (Naruto Uzumaki, Six Paths Sage Mode)
When Hagoromo Otsutsuki endows Naruto Uzumaki with the Six Paths Sage power, the Naruto protagonist unlocks the eponymous mode, which is arguably one of the most powerful transformations in the series. In Ninja Voltage, Naruto Uzumaki (Six Paths Sage Mode) can equip a wide variety of hard-hitting AOE attacks, with Sage Art: Tailed Beast Rasen Shuriken being one of the most debilitating of the bunch.
Costing 260 CP and with a 99-second Cooldown, the Tailed Beast Rasen Shuriken has Naruto float high in the air and release a cluster of Tailed Beast Rasen Shurikens, damaging foes multiple times. Where it shines is its provision of debuffs, however, as enemies hit are also affected with debuffs to Annihilation, Impact, Lunge, Manipulate, and Release Nature Resistances.
3 Prelude To Izanami (Itachi Uchiha, Reanimation)
In a final bid to help in the Fourth Shinobi World War, a reincarnated Itachi Uchiha from the Akatsuki confronts Kabuto Yakushi to kill him and put an end to the reanimation of Madara Uchiha. Aided by his brother Sasuke, the estranged brothers manage to lure formidable Kabuto into the Izanami, one of the ultimate Mangekyo Sharingan dojutsu that can “trap” a victim in a never-ending illusion. To do this, Itachi Uchiha needs to perform a series of actions in precisely the same order - something Itachi Uchiha (Reanimation) does in Prelude to Izanami in Ninja Voltage.
In the mobile game, the illusion preparation acts as a massive buff for Itachi. When used, Prelude to Izanami starts in a flash that deals massive damage to a target alongside lasting paralysis. Not only that, but Itachi also becomes invincible in this state, as well as halving his Ninjutsu cooldowns as well as boosting their EX Annihilation and EX Release resistances. With the right timing, this can be a trump card against boss characters, giving Itachi the time he needs to recover.
2 The Rebellion’s Spark! (Shisui Uchiha)
One of the most feared members of the Uchiha Clan in their prime, Shisui Uchiha is known for his Body Flicker Technique, a mobility technique where he becomes practically untraceable even to sensor ninjas. In Ninja Voltage, one of Shisui’s signature abilities also becomes an apparent asset for players: his green-armored Susano’o. This Mangekyo Sharingan dojutsu manifests in flaming armor that its users can use to withstand most attacks and fight in large-scale combat, and this becomes more obvious in The Rebellion’s Spark! Attack Card.
When triggered, this card activates Susano’o: Thrust, a Jutsu that will have Shisui release the half-body of his Susano’o armor. This armored behemoth makes a downward thrust, dealing massive damage and inflicting a large seal to the enemies hit on top of decreasing their overall CP. Not only that, Shisui himself recovers CP over time, as well as his EX Annihilation, EX Impact, EX Lunge, EX Manipulate, and EX Release resistances. To top this, the Jutsu also halves the Ninjutsu cooldowns of all allies on the floor - making this a nifty technique to turn the tide on tough levels.
1 Final Battle With Naruto! (Sasuke Uchiha, The Final Showdown)
After Sage Mode Naruto, swordsman Sasuke, and healer Sakura saved the world by defeating Kaguya Otsutsuki, it’s time for Naruto and Sasuke to finally settle their differences and decide each other’s worthiness in the title of future Hokage in their Final Showdown. This fierce battle to the death is reflected in Ninja Voltage through their respective “Final Showdown” archetypes, with Sasuke Uchiha (The Final Showdown) demonstrating his full combat prowess with the Final Battle With Naruto! Attack Card.
When activated, this card triggers Indra’s Arrow, a powerful technique where Sasuke’s Susano’o armor manifests and launches an arrow that deals massive damage on top of dealing paralysis to the target. What makes this ability remarkable is its buffing abilities, with the card boosting Sasuke’s overall attack and critical rates on top of providing invincibility. Not only that, but his allies on the same floor also get boosts in both normal and EX Annihilation, Impact, Lunge, Manipulation, Normal, and Release resistances.
