Akatsuchi is a jonin, and his skills were held in such high regard that he was chosen to guard the 3rd Tsuchikage and his successor. He seems to always be cheerful and somewhat childish, but he is level-headed and methodical during battle. Akatsuchi is extremely loyal to the 3rd Tsuchikage, and he hardly ever left his side. As a result, he was named Onoki's shield.
Akatsuchi is a large man, but he is very fast, and it is said that no one in the Stone Village can match his physical strength. He specializes in Earth Release, and he often molds a rock golem that can attack and trap his enemies.
9 Gari

Thanks to his kekkei genkai, Gari's chakra gained explosive qualities, and he incorporated it into his offensive taijutsu. Kitsuchi is the 3rd Tsuchikage's son, and he is a very capable jonin. He was selected to lead the Second Division of the Allied Shinobi Forces - which consisted of thousands of ninja who specialized in close-range combat. This appointment shows that the Five Kage all recognized his strength and leadership skills.
He killed dozens of White Zetsu clones by himself, and he was able to deliver a powerful punch that sent Kinkaku back a fair distance. Kinkaku possessed the Nine-Tailed Fox's chakra, and at the time, he was using the Fox's six-tailed form. Kitsuchi can create massive rock formations, and he used this technique to briefly sandwich the Gedo Statue.
7 Roshi

Roshi became the Jinchuriki of the Four-Tails when he was very young, and he possessed the Tailed Beast's chakra for over four decades. He did not have full control over the Four-Tails, but he was still able to use the Tailed Beast Ball, and he could fully transform into it.
Roshi could use Lava Release - a kekkei genkai that allowed him to shoot molten rocks from his mouth. He could also coat his body with lava, which enhanced the damage of his physical attacks. Roshi forced Kisame to take their fight seriously, which is impressive since Kisame had comparable chakra reserves and a sword that consumed all forms of chakra.

Unlike Gari, Deidara infused his explosive chakra into clay - which he sculpted into figures with the mouths in his hands.
He would animate these figures and detonate them from afar. This implies that Deidara is strictly a ranged fighter, but he was able to fend off Guy and his team when he had no arms and just a kunai in his mouth. Deidara's explosions are extremely powerful, and he used them to defeat the 5th Kazekage - who was a Jinchuriki, and a fully powered Three-Tails.
4 Ishikawa

He was an exceptional Earth Release user, but he was also part of the Kamizuru Clan - who specialized in insects. Unlike the Leaf Village's Aburame Clan, the Kamizuru incorporated bees into their unique fighting style.
3 Kurotsuchi

Kurotsuchi is the granddaughter of the 3rd Tsuchikage, and she became the 4th Tsuchikage when he finally retired. She is a strong ninja who can create protective domes with Earth Release, and she can eliminate multiple enemies at once with stone pillars and spikes that emerge from the ground.
She can also use a type of Lava Release which allows her to create quicklime. By the time she became the Tsuchikage, Kurotsuchi mastered this quicklime to the point that she could use it to restrain Kinshiki Otsutsuki. According to Boruto: Naruto the Movie novelization, she is the best genjutsu user of the current Five Kage.
2 Mu

Mu served as Ishikawa's bodyguard, and he later succeeded him as the Stone Village's 2nd Tsuchikage.
