By the time of the 4th Great Ninja War, Sakura had become an incredible ninja, the likes of which can be considered to be generational in many ways. The Fourth Great Ninja War was an amazing stage for Sakura to show what she was capable of, and it is safe to say that she took this opportunity with both hands, and left a great mark on the history of ninjas as a whole.

6 Awakened The Byakugou

Sakura Mastered The Pinnacle Of Chakra Control

One of the most incredible things that Sakura managed in the Fourth Great Ninja War was awakening the Byakugou. This is a seal on her forehead, which she finally awakened after her chakra storage process was complete.

To achieve this power, Sakura carefully stored bits of her chakra and focused it at one point for over 3 years. Doing this very precisely requires the highest form of chakra control, and that in itself is an incredible feat. Sakura achieved the Byakugou in just 3 years, which is faster than Tsunade. Even Shizune, a perfect medical ninja, could not accomplish this feat throughout her life as a medical ninja. Sakura did it as just a 16-year-old, and she went on to master it in ways that even surpassed Tsunade.

5 Summoned Katsuyu

Sakura Got A Summon In The Ninja War

Another incredible feat that Sakura displayed during the 4th Great Ninja War was being able to summon Katsuyu. When Sakura was up against the 10 Tails clones, she did incredibly well on her own, however, the sheer number of these clones meant that Katsuyu would be required.

At the same time, Katsuyu would also benefit the many Shinobi on the battlefield, thanks to her healing prowess. Sakura summoned Katsuyu along with Naruto's Gamakichi, and Sasuke’s Aoda. Just like the Legendary Sannin, these three completed the Three-way Deadlock once again.

Sakura Showed Immense Healing Skill

Sakura's summoning of Katsuyu proved to be vital in the 4th Great Ninja War, especially towards the ending phase. By this point, the shinobi alliance was already on its last legs, and had Sakura not been there, it would very well have been decimated.

Sakura used the power of Katsuyu and divided the giant slug into many smaller slugs. The smaller slugs then helped heal all those who were injured on the battlefield, and helped restore their chakra, so that they could fight once again. This was a massive feat that Tsunade showcased in the Pain's Assault arc. For Sakura to showcase this at just 16 years of age in the Fourth Great Ninja War is absolutely immense. Clearly, this is yet another sign of the fact that she was an absolutely incredible medical ninja.

3 Manually Pumped Naruto's Heart To Save His Life

Sakura saved countless lives in the 4th Great Ninja War. In fact, saving so many lives is why she can be regarded as the best medical ninja in the history of Konoha. However, the most significant life that she saved in the war was certainly that of Naruto Uzumaki. After Naruto had Kurama ripped from his body, it was Gaara who came to his rescue, but, he could only do so much.

Sakura's help was needed to keep Naruto alive and she did so using her medical ninjutsu. When that didn't work, Sakura used her amazing skills to make a small incision in his body and manually pumped his heart with her hands so that he wouldn't die until he had a tailed beast transferred to him.

2 Allowed Obito To Rip Open Kaguya's Dimensions

Sakura Haruno showcased incredible resilience and stamina in the 4th Great Ninja War, and one amazing feat that showcases her amazing stamina, as well as her powers of medical ninjutsu, is the fact that she was able to heal not just herself, but Obito as well. When Obito, who was saved by Naruto, tried looking for Sasuke, who had been sent by Kaguya to one of her dimensions, it was Sakura who came to Obito's rescue.

Obito was lacking the chakra required to rip open a portal to another dimension. This was a task that required mammoth amounts of chakra. This chakra was supplied to him by none other than Sakura. Not only did she maintain her own chakra, but she also helped Obito open this portal into multiple dimensions, and then kept it open long enough for Sasuke to return. This feat exhausted Sakura, however, is certainly one of the most amazing things that she has done as a ninja.

Undoubtedly, One of Sakura's biggest feats in the Fourth Great Ninja War is helping seal Kaguya. While Sakura did not play much of a role in sealing Kaguya when it comes to fighting, at the very end, she helped out tremendously.

Kaguya, realizing that she was going to be touched by both Naruto and Sasuke at the same time, tried to escape, however, just when she did that, Sakura was waiting for her and delivered a powerful punch to her that forced her back to where she was, and allowed Naruto and Sasuke to seal her. In fact, the strength of this punch was such that Sakura ended up breaking one of her horns.
