There are many villages from the Naruto series, and here is a list of the strongest Shinobi from each of them.
Deidara Killed Himself In An Attempt To Defeat Sasuke
The Explosions Master
Deidara was one of the most dangerous members of the entire Akatsuki group, particularly because of his ability to create extremely powerful explosions that allowed him to defeat characters like Gaara and Isobu. However, he met his end in his fight against Sasuke, when he applied his explosive Chakra to himself in order to blow himself and his opponent up in a massive explosion. As strong as this was, Sasuke came out alive.
Sasori's Fight Against Chiyo Saw His End
The Puppet Master
Just like every other member of the Akatsuki, Sasori was incredibly powerful and dangerous, to the point where he even killed the legendary Third Kazekage and rose to much prominence in the Third Shinobi World War. In his fight against Chiyo, he was eventually stopped by his grandmother, who used her own mastery of puppets to stab him through his core, though many believe he allowed this to happen.
Hidan May Still Be Alive Somewhere Under A Pile Of Rubble
The Immortal Man
Hidan was one of the immortal members of the Akatsuki due to him being a devout follower of his God, Jashin. A sociopathic character, Hidan believed that killing people was part of his faith, which is what led to him killing many innocents and heroes he crossed paths with. He met his defeat against Shikamaru when the Shinobi detonated Hidan's body into many pieces and left him under a pile of rubble, though the villain was still alive at that point. However, due to his need for sustenance, he is believed to have eventually died.

Kakuzu Was Defeated By Naruto And Kakashi
Another Immortal Man
Kakuzu was one of the strongest members of the Akatsuki and, like Hidan, was also immortal. However, his immortality was different, in that he would harvest the hearts of the people he killed in order to prolong his lifespan, which was quite common due to his fits of rage. Eventually, Naruto and Kakashi teamed up to defeat him, with Naruto using his Rasenshuriken to damage multiple of his hearts at a cellular level and Kakashi ending the villain using his Chidori.
Juzo Heroically Used Himself To Save Itachi
A Swordsman
Juzo was one of the lesser known members of the Akatsuki because he died quite early on in their history. Despite being a renowned swordsman, Juzo met his end in his fight against Yagura, where he attempted to deflect a Tailed Beast Bomb with his sword, only for the sword to turn around and impale him in the process.

Itachi Was Always Dying From A Mysterious Illness
The Legendary Shinobi
Itachi is perhaps the most beloved side character in the entire series, and many of the things that happened were a part of his plan. Despite this, he contracted a terminal illness at some point in his journey which was slowly eating away at him from the inside. In his final battle with his brother Sasuke, Itachi eventually succumbs to a combination of the disease and the wounds inflicted upon him in the battle, dying in front of his brother and revealing everything to him before doing so.
Konan Died After A Fierce Battle With Tobi
The Paper Woman
Konan was Pain/Nagato's right-hand woman who always helped him out from the start. However, she would eventually lose her life after giving it her all in a battle against Tobi, who was on his way to Nagato's body in order to steal his Rinnegan. Despite putting up an admirable effort, Konan proved to be far below Tobi's power.

After he regained his mind and saw the error of his ways, Nagato used the last of his Chakra to revive all the people that he had inadvertently killed, which ended up taking his own life in the process.
Obito Also Redeemed Himself At The End Of His Life
The Master Planner
One of the greatest twists came when the mysterious Tobi was revealed to have always been Obito Uchiha, who was the master planner behind the Akatsuki and was a terrifying villain. However, towards the end, he manages to redeem himself in the ultimate battle against Kaguya, where he sacrifices his life to save both Naruto and Kakashi by jumping in front of one of Kaguya's strongest attacks.
Zetsu Met His End When Kaguya Was Finally Defeated
The Real Master Planner
Zetsu had an ancient plan which would confirm the reawakening of his mother, Kaguya. In fact, he was a part of her own essence that was essentially a self-preservation protocol that would lead to her awakening. In the end, Zetsu never really died, but was instead sealed away by Naruto and Sasuke once they defeated Kaguya and did the same to her.
