Kakashi only had one eye for the majority of the series, so he couldn't use the Susanoo. It was only during the Fourth Great Ninja War that Obito gave him Six Paths chakra and both of his eyes. With the new power-up, Kakashi was able to use the Susanoo. Aside from the usual perks of a Susanoo, Kakashi's chakra humanoid could throw a shuriken toward an opponent and warp them away. Needless to say, it is easily the strongest Susanoo in the series.
