The episode starts with Koichi chasing a robber, but he gets kicked into a speeding truck. Fortunately, a flying hero appears who saves him and catches the robber. After being rescued, a grateful Koichi thanks the hero and asks for his name. This shocks the hero, and he introduces himself as Captain Celebrity, one of the USA's top heroes. He even impulsively signs Koichi's treasured All Might hoodie, which irritates Koichi.

Trigger Continues to Cause Chaos

A giant monster that resembles a kaiju suddenly appears and starts causing havoc. The monster's black tongue and Hachisuka's appearance make it clear that the monster injected Trigger. Koichi, who was helping people evacuate, noticed that a young girl was hesitant to leave because someone was left behind. At the very moment, Captain Celebrity appears, and Koichi asks for assistance, but he declines since the media have not arrived yet, proving that he is not exactly a noble hero.

Koichi acts on his own and tries to save the person named "Masahiko", but it turns out to be a dog. But Koichi treats the dog's rescue similar to a human's. Meanwhile, the press appears, and the police request Captain Celebrity's assistance. With ease, he knocks out the monster. He also saves Koichi, who was about to be crushed by the monster's crashing body.

Captain "Catastrophe" Celebrity

When Knuckleduster hears about Captain Celebrity, he discloses that the hero was infamous for multiple lawsuits and scandals. Knuckleduster also suggests that he probably arrived in Japan to get away from all the bad reputation and make a new name for himself.

Later, Koichi moves swiftly to save people trapped in a collapsing building. Having to save two people at once leaves him troubled, but Captain Celebrity flies in and offers his help. But instead of carrying the heavier sumo wrestler, he carries the young injured lady and leaves the tougher task to Koichi. Once again proving that he chases charm instead of being a real hero.

He has lots of achievements, but also lots of issues.

They call him Captain "Catastrophe" Celebrity.

He's been through so many lawsuits and scandals.

He must have come to Japan for work because he can't operate in his home country anymore.

After the incident, Koichi notices that Makoto is one of the cheerleaders supporting Celebrity, which leaves him worried and annoyed. Celebrity starts to flirt with Makoto and invites her on a date, but Makoto considers it purely a business meeting. Worried about her, Koichi, along with Pop, decides to trail her but gets caught by Celebrity. During the lunch, Makoto reads the news about a bank robbery and suggests Celebrity to go and help. But he decides to ignore the robbery and instead enjoy his "date".

Makoto receives a call, which leaves Celebrity shocked because it is his wife, Pamela, who had been keeping track of his actions through Makoto. He immediately flees from Pamela's questions and helps at the bank. He returns with Koichi and takes multiple pictures with him to clarify that it is indeed a business meeting.

An Unexpected Ending

During a conversation with Koichi, Makoto suddenly connects the dots and realizes that Celebrity is in desperate need of rebranding, and she comes up with an idea. She rebrands him to appeal to the young and male demographic. Replacing charming cheerleaders with young high schoolers, and replacing electronic music with Japanese chants and taiko drums. This new image leaves Koichi and his squad confused.

The Arrival of An Unexpected Guest

A few days later, Koichi gets a sudden call and finds out that his mother is visiting him. Koichi is petrified at the news and fears that his mother will take him back to the countryside if she finds out that anything is wrong. His biggest concern becomes lying to his mother about having a girlfriend whom she would definitely want to meet. When Koichi shares this problem with Pop, she blushes, gets annoyed, and runs away.

Moments later, Koichi's mother arrives, and initially she seems happy with the way Koichi has maintained his room, signifying that he is living a good life. But immediately after, she asks to meet his girlfriend. The episode ends with a puzzled Koichi, unsure about what to do.
