Pro Heroes play an important role in My Hero Academia's hero society, serving the community while also protecting everyday people from villains. Each Pro Hero has their strengths and weaknesses, with some better suited for background roles and others for directly confronting threats. Nothing makes a hero stand out more than a unique ultimate move.
Each hero does their best to train their quirk and develop an arsenal of techniques and uses for their ability. The pinnacle of this for many heroes is their ultimate moves, which showcase their mastery over their quirks. These stand out as the strongest pro hero ultimate moves.
Mt. Lady — Canyon Cannon
Mt. Lady's Gigantification quirk makes her hard to miss. In a series with some pretty interesting and unique abilities, Mt. Lady's powers are straightforward, and so is her strongest ultimate move.
Canyon Cannon isn't going to win any style points, but it gets the job done. While making use of her Gigantification quirk, Mt. Lady hits her foe with a massive flying kick, dealing a ton of damage. It might not be the most creative move, but you wouldn't want to be on the other end of it.
Edgeshot — Thousand Sheet Pierce
Edgeshot's Foldabody quirk makes him great for close-range fighting, and he's been shown to be a very proficient fighter throughout the series. Edgeshot has used a handful of ultimate moves in My Hero Academia, but none are as strong as his Thousand Sheet Pierce.
The move allows Edgeshot to contort himself into strings that he uses to pierce through his opponents and knock them out. It's a great technique for handling multiple enemies at once, and also has other uses, as seen when Edgeshot used Zenith to heal Bakugo during the Final War.
Mirko — Luna Tijeras
Mirko has tons of ultimate moves that have been shown throughout My Hero Academia. While all of these have been effective, her Luna Tijeras is probably the strongest of the bunch.
Like most of her ultimate moves, Mirko's Luna Tijeras is a pretty straightforward technique. Mirko uses her Rabbit quirk to jump on her opponent, gripping their head with her legs and then twisting her body to rip their head off and smash them into the ground. It's an incredibly powerful and devastating move that we see Mirko use to take down a High-End Nomu.
Hawks — Soundwave Vibration-Enhanced Flight Feather Blade
Even Pro Heroes can benefit from a little help at times. Hawks' Fierce Wings quirk is strong enough on its own, but we got to see something amazing when he paired it with Jiro's Legato ultimate move during the Final War.
Hawks makes use of Jiro's soundwaves by using them to drive his katana towards his opponent, significantly increasing the strength of his swing and the impact of his attack. He used this combo technique against All For One by repeatedly slashing at the villainous mastermind's helmet, eventually breaking it open.
Star and Stripe — State-of-the-Art Hypersonic Intercontinental Cruise Punch
Star and Stripe's time in the series might've been short, but the No. 1 U.S. Pro Hero still managed to stand out as one of the strongest and bravest in the series. Star and Stripe's New Order quirk is hands down one of the strongest in My Hero, so it makes sense that her ultimate move is as powerful as it is.
Her State-of-the-Art Hypersonic Intercontinental Cruise Punch makes use of high-tech Tiamat missiles. She uses her Fist Bump to the Earth move to grab the missiles and redirects them with her quirk, hitting them to create a massive explosion. The move almost took out Shigaraki, and while it did a ton of damage to him, his quick thinking saved him from what would've been a fatal blow.
Endeavor — Prominence Burn
Endeavor might be a controversial hero, but one thing you can't question is his strength. While he has various ultimate moves that he uses in the series, nothing comes close to his Prominence Burn.
It's a pretty straightforward technique; Endeavor pushes his Hellflame quirk to its limit to shoot out a massive fire beam that can vaporize an opponent on impact. It's strong enough to take out almost any villain, with Endeavor often using it in a pinch.
All Might — United States of Smash
The strongest hero in history, All Might accomplished a lot throughout his pro hero career. With a massive arsenal of ultimate moves to choose from, All Might has plenty of techniques that could put most villains down in a second. But his strongest move has to be his iconic United States of Smash.
There's not much to this attack; it's pretty much just a regular punch. What makes it so devastating (aside from the fact that it's coming from All Might) is that All Might puts every ounce of One For All's power into the technique. Aside from the incredible environmental damage done to the surrounding area, the attack delivers a massive blow to its target. It's enough to put most villains down for the count.

In My Hero Academia, some humans have superpowers called quirks. Izuku Midoriya, nicknamed Deku, is not one of them. Deku has always idolized heroes like the number one hero, All Might, and since he was a child, he has always wanted to be a hero. However, his lack of a quirk has always held him back, but a chance encounter with All Might after discovering a classmate in danger sets Deku on the path to becoming a true hero. My Hero Academia centers around Deku and a class of heroes-in-training at UA. This school shapes young quirk users into future heroes through fake rescue missions, combat training, and other hero-tempering tasks. With young Deku inheriting the "One-For-All" quirk, he will learn what it means to be a true hero while facing off with dastardly supervillains.
